【摘要】 思想政治教育作为一项社会实践活动,要受到环境因素的影响和制约;所谓思想政治教育环境,指的是影响人的思想品德的形成、发展以及思想政治教育活动开展的各种外在因素的总和,一般可分为宏观环境和微观环境。环境的优劣直接关系到思想政治教育工作的成败。民办高校是我国思想政治教育工作的重要阵地之一,肩负着培养高素质人才的重任。民办高校思想政治教育的实施不仅受外界大环境的影响,而且学校内部的小环境更是决定它实施什么、如何实施的关键。因此,研究民办高校思想政治教育校园环境优化这一问题不仅具有理论意义,同时具有现实意义。本文在理论联系实际的基础上,结合民办高校的实际情况,对民办高校思想政治教育校园环境的基本理论、存在的特殊性问题以及如何优化三方面进行了系统的论析,提出了优化民办高校思想政治教育校园环境的可行性对策。第一部分主要阐述了民办高校思想政治教育校园环境的内涵、构成、特点及功能。第二部分研究分析了民办高校思想政治校园环境存在基础设施建设落后、校园文化环境建设薄弱、制度环境建设不健全、网络环境建设滞后、人际环境不和谐等五个方面的特殊性问题。第三部分重点提出优化民办高校思想政治教育校园环境的对策。一是加大投资力度,创建品味高雅的校园物质环境;二是围绕育人目标,营造积极向上的校园文化环境;三是理顺管理体制,建立健全完善的制度环境;四是挖掘网络资源,构建健康有序的网络德育环境;五是提倡德育交往,营造融洽和谐的校园人际氛围。更多还原
