【摘要】 江泽民的执政为民思想是“三个代表”重要思想的重要组成部分,更是这一马克思主义与中国社会主义现代化建设新时期具体实际相结合的理论成果的实质,进一步学习和研究这个理论精华具有重大的理论价值与现实意义。“执政为民”的思想理论渊源是马克思主义的唯物史观、中国传统文化中的民本思想和中国共产党长期执政的实践经验,或者说是唯物史观在中国的具体化、民本思想的科学扬弃和中国共产党执政经验的理论概括。执政为民思想的内容十分丰富,以人民为主体是执政为民的本质,代表最广大人民的根本利益是执政为民的核心,实实在在地为人民办事是执政为民的基点,加强党的先进性建设是执政为民的保证。它的特点主要包括:批判继承中的理论创新,突出人民利益至上原则的权力价值取向,强调以制度和法律为主线来制约、监督权力运行,注重权力行使主体的高素质化。江泽民的执政为民思想丰富了马克思主义的唯物史观,发展了无产阶级政党的执政理论,深化了对社会主义本质的认识,提升了加强中国共产党建设的现实基础,从理论与实践上推进了马克思主义中国化的历程,丰富和发展了马克思主义中国化的理论成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jiang Zemin’s thinking of governing for the people is an important part of his "three represents" important thinking , is the theory achievement essence which this Marxism and the China socialist modernization new time actual unifies specifically, further study and research in the theory essence have a great theoretical value and practical significance. "Governing for the people," the ideological and theoretical origins of Marxism, historical materialism, the Chinese traditional culture of the People Thought and the Chinese Communist Party power for a long practical experience, or a specific historical materialism in China, the people of this ideology Science and the Chinese Communist Party renounced the theory of general experience.The content governing for the people thought is very rich, with the people as the main body, which is the essence of governing for the people, representing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people is the core of governing for the people, real things for the people is the starting point of governing for the people, strengthening the the party’s advanced nature is the guarantee of governing for the people. Its characteristics include: criticising to the succession of theoretical innovation, highlighting the primacy of the power of people’s interests and values, emphasizing the main line system and laws to regulate, supervise the exercise of power, focusing on the main body of high-quality of the exercise of power. Jiang Zemin’s thinking of governing for the people has enriched Marxism, historical materialism, have developed the exhibition of the proletarian party’s governing theory, deepened the understanding of the nature of socialism, haveraised the building to enhance the reality of the Chinese Communist Party based on theory and practice of Marxism in China to promote the course, have enriched and developed Marxism in China theoretical result.更多还原
