初中生良好行为习惯养成教育探究

【摘要】 初中生良好行为习惯的养成教育就是从行为训练入手,综合运用多种教育方法,使初中生养成良好行为习惯,最终全面提高学生个体素质的一种教育模式。本论文以长沙市初中生为研究对象,通过研究发现长沙市很多中学在实施养成教育过程中存在误区:一是只注重认知教育而忽视行为的指导和实践;二是只注重学习成绩,忽视养成教育的目标定位;三是只注重立竿见影的表面效果,忽视训练的渐进性;四是只注重硬性规定的要求,忽视主体的能动性。本论文坚持从日常生活细节出发的原则,注重实践在养成教育中的重要价值,从分析初中生良好行为习惯养成教育的意义和价值、养成教育研究现状、当前养成教育中存在的问题及其原因入手,进而对初中生养成教育的目标和实施这些目标运用的方法与途径进行了较系统的研究和论证。本论文重点研究初中生在做人、做事、学习等方面养成良好习惯以及如何通过榜样示范法、训练法、环境熏陶法、家校合作法等方法与途径对初中生养成良好习惯进行具体操作指导。通过对初中生良好行为习惯养成教育的目标和方法途径进行研究,旨在丰富养成教育思想、创新养成教育手段,并在操作层面上提供相应的切实可行的方法和措施,为初中生健康人格的培养奠定基础,为素质教育的实施架起新支点。根据本研究结果,笔者建议长沙市各中学一方面要继承和发扬传统美德,另一方面应结合新时期、新形势和当前初中生出现的新特点,结合各校实际情况,在继承中创新,在创新中发展,丰富和发展新世纪的初中生行为规范。使养成教育更富有创造性,体现时代性。本文的主要研究方法为日常观察法、问卷调查法、访淡法、文献检索法、案例分析法。

【Abstract】 The habits-cultivation education of juniors is a kind of educational mode in which behavior training is the basis, various methods of teaching are combined to fully improve individual quality, and ultimately good behavior habits are fostered.In this thesis, juniors in Changsha are chosen as subjects, it is found that there are some problems, firstly, cognitive education is paid too much while behavior conducting and practice are neglected; secondly, place too much on intellectual education while neglecting all-round education; thirdly, overemphasis on obvious effect but neglect progressive training; fourthly, merely value forced requirement and overlooking dynamic subject. By studying on the contents and methods of juniors’ behavior habits education, thoughts of habit-formation education can be enriched, meanwhile, educational conceptions can be fostered and teaching means can be innovated. More importantly, this thesis can provide more practical methods and measures at the operation level, which can lay solid foundation for fostering healthy personality and support new scaffold for implementing quality education. This thesis adhere to the principle of emphasis on details of daily life. value the importance of practice by analyzing the significance and importance of good habit-formation education, its status as well as the problem and cause, the author carried out systematical research . In this thesis, emphasis is put on the approach to form the good habits of behaving, acting and learning, meanwhile, make concrete instruction on how to form the habits by exampling, training, plan-setting, family-school cooperation. By studying on the contents and methods of juniors’ behavior habits education, thoughts of habit-formation education can be enriched, meanwhile, educational conceptions can be fostered and teaching means can be innovated. More importantly, this thesis can provide more practical methods and measures at the operation level, which can lay solid foundation for fostering healthy personality and support new scaffold for implementing quality education.According to the result, it is suggested traditional merits should be inherited and carried forward in middle schools of Changsha, meanwhile, on the basis of current situation of individual schools, combining the new era, new situation with the new characteristics of juniors, the criteria of juniors in new era can be enriched and developed, which makes habit-formation education more creative and modern. The methods in this thesis are daily observation, questionnaire survey, interviews, document retrieval method, case analysis.
