盐岩储气库运营期稳定性研究

【摘要】 近年来,全球能源危机日益严重,岩盐矿藏更多地被各国用于进行国家战略能源地下储存。目前,在岩盐矿床中建造的储气库越来越多,对岩盐力学性质及岩盐溶腔的建造和利用的研究也在深入。本文以江苏金坛盐矿及其储气库项目为依托,分别通过蠕变特性实验、数值模拟和数学模型研究层状盐岩储气库运营期的稳定性,具体研究工作如下:①对中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所进行的单轴和三轴蠕变特性实验进行结果分析;应用经验方法,建立蠕变本构方程,根据稳态蠕变率实验数据,应用1stOpt优化软件,拟合盐岩、含泥岩夹层盐岩和泥岩蠕变本构参数,并绘制稳态蠕变率拟合曲面。②根据金坛盐矿地质条件,采用FLAC3D程序,对拟建储气库进行长期流变的三维数值模拟研究,即分别模拟溶腔形状、运行压力、夹层、套管鞋高度和溶腔间距对储气库运营期稳定性的影响。③综合国内外研究成果,总结盐岩地下储气库稳定性评价标准;应用层次分析法建立储气库运营期稳定性评价指标体系和确定指标权重,基于数值模拟建立指标评分方法,构造梯形分布隶属函数计算隶属度,最终建立盐岩储气库运营期稳定性模糊综合评价模型;根据灰色理论,建立GM(1,1)模型和GM(1,1)模型群,把GM(1,1)模型群预测结果的绝对误差作为马尔科夫链,进行状态划分,并计算状态转移概率矩阵,最终建立盐岩储气库体积收敛的灰色-马尔科夫预测模型。④将盐岩储气库运营期稳定性模糊综合评价模型应用到江苏金坛西1、西2储气库的运营期稳定性评价中,综合得分分别为79.41、79.62,稳定性等级均为较稳定,但各指标得分极不均衡。评价结果切合实际,说明评价模型具有极高的推广价值。

【Abstract】 In recent years, global energy crisis is aggravated, more rock salt mines have been used for underground storage of national strategy energy. At present, more and more gas storages in rock salt are constructed, and the research on mechanical properties of rock salt and the construction and use of rock salt caverns is done deeply. Based on Jintan Salt Mine of Jiangsu, mechanics experiments and numerical simulation and mathematical models of three kinds of methods are applied to the research on operation period stability of gas storage of layered salt rock specifically in this paper. The main contents are as follows:①Uniaxial and triaxial compression creep experiments which were done by Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics of Chinese Academy of Science, is analyzed. Then, using empirical methods, creep constitutive equation was established. According to experimental data of steady-state creep rate, creep constitutive parameters of salt rock and layered rock salt and mudstone were fitted by 1stOpt optimization software, and the fitting curved surfaces of steady-state creep rate were drawn.②According to geological condition of Jintan Salt Mine, long-tine rheology of the proposed gas storage was simulated three-dimensionally with FLAC3D procedures. Those factors involved operation period stability of gas storage, such as cavity shape, operating pressure, interlayer, casing shoe height, cavity distance, were considered by numerical simulation experiments.③Foreign research results and evaluation standard of stability of gas storage in salt rock were summarized. AHP was applied to evaluate stability of gas storage of salt rock during the operation period and determine index weight. According to the result of numerical simulation, index scoring methods were established. Meanwhile, membership degree was calculated by constructing membership functions of trapezoidal distribution. And then, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of operation period stability of gas storage of salt rock was built. In terms of the gray theory, the GM(1,1) model and the GM(1,1) model group were created. At last, prediction absolute error of the GM(1,1) model group as a Markov chain, was divided into several states, and state transition probability matrix was calculated. Ultimately, gray-Markov prediction model of volume convergence of gas storage of salt rock was established. ④Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of operation period stability of gas storage of salt rock was applied to operation period stability evaluation of Jintan West-1 and West-2 Gas Storage in Jiangsu. The composite scores were 79.41 and 79.62, and stability class was comparatively stable, and indexes scores were extremely unbalanced. That the evaluation result matched with actual outcomes showed that the evaluation model l has a very high promotional value.
