【摘要】 随着我国煤炭业的迅速发展,市场竞争越来越激烈。黄陵一号矿是国家重点规划的大型煤矿,正处于高速发展期。企业能否适应环境变化,在日益激烈的煤炭市场竞争中,如何获得竞争优势并战胜竞争对手,是本文研究的主要问题。本文采用现场调查法的研究方法,在掌握大量资料的基础上,理论联系实际,首先,对黄陵一号煤矿经营情况、成本居高不下,进行全面的研究,指出竞争优势缺失,市场竞争力不强,并分析找出问题成因。其次,依据黄陵一号煤矿问题针对性地设计、建立适应黄陵一号煤矿的管理控制系统,并论述了管控一体化的实用性,对黄陵一号煤矿的现状,也设计出了一套适合一号煤矿管控一体化系统。再次,黄陵一号煤矿要成功的实施管理控制系统,不但要进行业务流程再造,也要从制度、技术和人力资源给予支撑。最后,黄陵一号煤矿实施管理控制系统的效果体系建立,从财务指标与非财务指标相结合的指标对实施管控系统进行评价,同时对实施管理控制系统风险的识别、评估与控制也做了较详细的论述。本文不仅为黄陵一号煤矿通过管理控制系统获得竞争优势,而且为同类煤矿企业的竞争优势的来源也提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of coal industry of our country, the market competition is fiercer and fiercer, the 1st Huangling coal, a state key large-scale coal, is the high-speed development period of business of mining at present.
