大断面进路下尾砂胶结充填体稳定性机理与试验研究

【摘要】 武山铜矿正在进行5000t/d的扩产技术改造,现有的采矿生产能力远不能满足设计生产能力的需要。为达到扩产后在分级尾砂胶结充填体下进行大断面安全开采,对尾砂胶结充填体的力学性质及采场结构参数进行了优化研究。通过对武山铜矿的胶结充填工艺的现场监测和实验室相似模拟,以及数值模拟分析,取消了铺设钢筋混凝土人工假底,降低了木材、钢材的消耗量,提高了工作效率,改进了原充填工艺、采矿结构,实现了分级尾砂胶结充填新工艺,减少了尾矿的排放量,保护了矿山环境。提出了充填体人工假顶作为承载层的稳定性计算、分析方法,并在理论和试验中得到验证,将回采断面从3×3m~2成功地扩大到4×5m~2,降低了生产成本,提高了采矿生产能力,从而为整个矿山大断面胶结充填采矿法的全面实施提供了技术保障,为确保武山铜矿5000t/d扩产的顺利实现奠定了试验基础。

【Abstract】 Wushan copper mine is carrying on production expanding engineering of 5000t/d, whose existing production capacity is far from the need for the design’s requirement. In order to mine out orebody safely under cemented classified tailings backfill and in the stoping workings of larger cross section, the paper studies on the mechanical properties of backfill body and the optimization of the structure of stope. Based on the results of in-situ monitoring, laboratory analog simulating, and numerical analysing, the reinforced concrete man-made floor has been cancelled, which reduces timber and steel consumption, enhances working efficiency, and improves the former filling procedure and the stope structure applying the new method of cemented classified tailings backfilling, so as to lower the discharge of tailings and benefit the mine environment. The paper also changes the cross section of stoping workings from 3X3m2 to 4X5m2 through the calculation and analysis of the stability of man-made filling top as bearing level. The results of research turn to reduce the production cost and increase the mining productivity, which provide the technical support of comprehensive implementation of larger cross section of stoping workings for the entire mine and lays the experimental foundation for the mine to smoothly realize the goal of production expanding engineering of 5000t/d.
