薄壁U型钢—混凝土组合梁抗剪性能研究

【摘要】 薄壁型钢-混凝土组合梁是一种新型的组合构件,近年来在工程中得到了广泛应用。论文采用试验与ANSYS有限单元分析相结合的方法对薄壁U型钢-混凝土组合梁的抗剪性能进行了研究。分别以钢梁腹板高与下翼缘宽度比、剪跨比为研究参数,进行了8根薄壁U型钢-混凝土组合梁抗剪性能的试验研究,得到了组合梁跨中荷载-位移曲线、沿截面高度方向的应变分布曲线、剪力-剪应变曲线。试验结果表明发生剪切破坏的组合梁有较好的延性。采用ANSYS有限单元分析软件对组合梁进行了模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好。在此基础上,利用ANSYS模型分析了混凝土翼板尺寸、剪力连接程度、钢梁腹板高与钢下翼缘宽度比、剪跨比等因素对组合梁抗剪承载力的影响。利用分析结果,回归出组合梁抗剪承载力的计算公式,并对公式进行了验证,误差在允许范围之内,且计算时可不考虑弯剪相关性。研究结果表明:薄壁U型钢-混凝土组合梁抗剪承载力不仅来源于钢梁腹板的抗剪贡献,还来源于混凝土翼板的贡献,以及两者的组合作用。本文的研究结果可对薄壁U型钢-混凝土组合梁的抗剪性能的进一步研究及理论分析提供参考。

【Abstract】 Thin-walled steel-concrete composite beam is a new type of composite and has been widely used in engineering in recently years. The research on the thin -walled steel-concrete composite beam with U-section is presented through experiments and ANSYS finite element method.According to the experiment of eight thin -walled steel-concrete composite beams with U-sections by changing the proportion of height and width of the steel beam and the shear span aspect ratio, the loading-deflection curve of mid-span, the strain curve of mid-span along the profile height and the shear-shear strain curve of the shear span were received. The experiment results show that the composite beam have good ductility.Using the general-purpose finite element software, ANSYS version 10.0, a three-dimensional FE model, has been developed to investigate the composite beams with U-sections under shear loading. The results based on ANSYS analysis consist well with the results of the experiments. Then this verified model is employed to study the parameters that influence the shear capacity of composite beams, such as the dimension of concrete slab, the degree of shear connection, the proportion of height and width of the steel beam, the shear span aspect ratio, etc. Using the numerical results, empirical formulae that incorporate the effect of the shear connection degree are proposed to obtain the vertical shear strength of composite beams subjected to shear loading. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental result, and when using the proposed formula the interaction between bending and shear capacity in a composite beam can be neglected.It is also found that the shear capacity of the steel-concrete composite beam with U-section not only come from the steel but also from the concrete and the interaction of the two parts.The results of this paper are helpful for the further studies on the shear behavior of the thin-walled steel concrete composite beams with U-sections and the engineering design.
