再生胶粉海绵的制备及其吸声特性的研究

【摘要】 本论文受国家自然科学基金-中国工程物理研究院联合基金项目资助,是导师所主持的自然科学基金委员会-中国工程物理研究院联合基金的资助项目(批准号10276031)研究的延伸。本文研究了利用再生胶粉制备吸声材料,即制备再生胶粉海绵的方法。这项研究如果能够实现工业化,则既可以解决废弃橡胶的“黑色污染”问题,又可以减少噪声污染。文章研究了不同的发泡剂用量、软化剂用量以及填料量对该材料吸声性能的影响。研究分析表明,再生胶粉海绵在中高频段会出现吸收峰。当采用最佳配方时,再生胶粉海绵试样(厚度为10mm)的吸声系数在1115~3020Hz带宽内大于0.2,在1357-2409Hz带宽内大于0.4,特别是在1794~1893Hz带宽内,其吸声系数高达0.998。

【Abstract】 The thesis is the further research of the project supported by NASF presided by adviser (No.10276031).The thesis introduced the idea of making reclaimed crump rubber sponge which is used as sound absorption material. If this research could be industrialized, and it will not only solve the black pollution brought by scrap rubber but also decrease noise pollution.The factors that different dosage of blowing agent, supple ointment and filling quantity influencing on the performance of acoustic characteristic of reclaimed crump rubber sponge are analysed in this thesis.The research shows that the reclaimed crumb rubber possesses its sound absorption peak within intermediate and high frequency bandwidth. With the best proportion, sound absorption coefficients of this material are all above 0.2 from 1115Hz to 3020Hz and they are all above 0.4 from 1357Hz to 2409Hz and especially within bandwidth which is from 1794Hz to 1893Hz, the sound absorption coefficients are as high as 0.998.
