抗哮喘传统中药椒目的现代药学研究

【摘要】 本试验通过硝酸银柱层析的方法对椒目进行了化学研究,共得到5个化合物,运用薄层对照法及GC-MS鉴定为棕榈酸(Ⅰ),硬脂酸(Ⅱ)、油酸(Ⅲ)、亚油酸(Ⅳ)和亚麻酸(Ⅴ)。其中化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。本论文用不同方法对抗哮喘传统中药椒目(Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim.)进行提取蒸馏,并对各种方法所得挥发性成分用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析,进行定性和定量分析,研究结果显示四种方法提取后的挥发油含量不同,成分也不同,其中椒目闪式提取物中挥发油含量较多,挥发性成分也最多。本论文还对9个不同产地的椒目中的脂肪酸含量进行了含量测定,结果表明,重庆产椒目亚麻酸含量最多,达到40.20%,湖北产椒目油酸含量最多,达到30.40%,河北产椒目亚油酸含量最多,达到32.72%,而总体脂肪酸含量对比来看,四川椒目达到96.25%,为最多。本方法简便,结果可靠,可以用来评价和控制药材的质量,为合理开发利用椒目药用资源提供了参考依据。本文还用GC法对椒目及22种植物油的组分进行测定,结果表明:紫苏籽油中含有α-亚麻酸最多,达到53.73%,月见草油中含有的γ-亚麻酸最多,达到18.39%,茶子油中含有的油酸最多,达到79.99%,月见草油中含有的亚油酸最多,达到73.85%,椒目油中含有的α-亚麻酸、γ-亚麻酸、亚油酸、油酸总量可达81.46%。结果显示,椒目与22种植物油含有相同或相似应用的活性成分,一定程度上可以替代其他药用(食用)油。

【Abstract】 Silver nitrate in this experiment through the column chromatography method of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim oil,head of chemical research carried out,and five compounds were isolated,stearate、hexadecanoate、Oleate、linoleate andα-linolenic acid were identified through Thin-layer control method and GC-MS methods.CompoundsⅠ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴwere isolated from the genus for the first time.The use of different methods of traditional Chinese medicine to combat asthma seeds of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim for extraction and distillation.And volatile components from a variety of methods using gas chromatography - mass spectrometer for qualitative and quantitative analysis.The results showed that after extraction of four methods of volatile oil content of different components are also different,in which Law,head of Herbal Blitzkrieg Extraction volatile oil content of more volatile components are also the most.The fatty acids of the seeds of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim of 9 different places were determined by GC,The results showed that the content ofα-linolenic acid the seeds of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim which obtained from chongqing was much more higer,to 40.19810 percent, the content of oleic acid the seeds of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim which obtained from Hubei was much more higer,head to 30.40 percent.The seeds of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim in Hebei,head linoleic acid content of the middle class the most,to 32.72 percent,and the overall fatty acid content in contrast,The seeds of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim head content of up to 96.25 percent,It was proved that the method was an effective and convenient reference standard for evaluating and controlling the herb of Z.bungeanum Maxim.the fatty acids of the seeds of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim and 22 kinds of plant oil ere determined by GC,The results showed that of perilla seed oil contained a maximum ofα-linolenic acid,reaching 53.73 percent, evening primrose oil contains a maximum ofγ-linolenic acid,reaching 18.39 percent,Tea seed oil oleic acid contained in the largest,reaching 79.99 percent,evening primrose oil contains linoleic acid up to reach 73.85 percent,the seeds of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim containingα-linolenic acid,γ-linolenic acid,linoleic acid,oleic acid of up to 81.46%of total.The study displayed the seeds of Z.bungeanum Maxim and 22 kinds of vegetable oil contained the same or similar active ingredient applications,and the seeds of Z.bungeanum Maxim can substitute for other medicinal oil to a certain extent.
