【摘要】 由于人类利用资源和环境不当以及人类社会发展与自然不相协调,使得资源与环境问题成为当今人类面临的重要问题之一。而可持续发展的关键就是合理地开发和利用自然资源使资源的耗竭速度能够低于资源的再生速度,使人类社会的发展与环境承载力相协调。实施逆向物流能够推动可持续发展,是有效解决我国当前环境危机、资源危机,实现人类社会和生态环境和谐、有序进化的最佳途径之一。本论文从国内外可持续发展基础下的逆向物流的现状分析入手,依据可持续发展、循环经济和逆向物流的理论,将逆向物流有效解决资源和环境问题的思路和可持续发展所遇到的资源、环境瓶颈有效结合起来,层层剖析了逆向物流和可持续发展之间的深层次关系。最后,本论文进一步解读了安徽省逆向物流的发展现状和遇到的问题,从政府和企业两个层面提出了解决问题的有效策略,并在实际调查的基础上,以安徽省双赢再生资源集团为案例,运用SWOT分析法和IFE、EFE矩阵对该企业逆向物流发展进行了策略研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resources and environmental problems are the two important issues that human beings are facing now. They are mainly caused by human being’s improper utility of them and unbalanced development between the human society and the nature. The key of sustainable development is proper exploitation and utility of natural resources to make natural resources exhaust more slowly than they can be recycled and to make the human society develop harmoniously with the environmental carrying capacity.Carrying out reverse logistics can benefit sustainable development, which is one of the best ways to solve China’s environmental and the resources crisis and finally realize the harmonious and orderly evolution of human society and ecological environment.Starting with the present condition of reverse logistics on the basis of sustainable development both at home and abroad and depending on the theories of sustainable development、circular economy and reverse logistics, this thesis thoroughly analyzes the relationship between reverse logistics and sustainable development by linking the thought that reverse logistics can solve effectively resources and environmental problem to the fact that resources and environment are like the bottleneck of sustainable development.Finally, the thesis further analyzes the present condition of reverse logistics in Anhui province, points out its problems and puts forward some effective countermeasures. Besides, on the basis of survey, and by using Anhui Win-Win Recycling Resources Group as a case, the thesis does the research on the proper strategy of reverse logistics development in the enterprise by using SWOT analytical approach, IFE and EFE matrix.更多还原
