【摘要】 金融创新给金融业的发展注入了活力,已经受到来各国学者和研究者的广泛关注和讨论,涌现出很多金融创新方面的研究成果和结论。但是在关于金融创新扩散方面的理论成果却屈指可数,而且大部分研究都没有对金融创新的扩散形成一个完善的、系统的理论框架。事实上,对于金融创新而言,有效的金融创新扩散是金融创新成果实现价值的重要保证。金融创新的扩散是一个复杂的过程且具有系统的特征,因此对金融创新扩散系统进行深入细致的研究具有很强的理论可行性。金融创新扩散系统是指在构成要素(金融创新扩散源、金融创新扩散媒介、金融创新受众)的相互作用下,并在外部环境(市场环境、政策环境、技术环境和社会环境)的影响下,经由动力机制、传导机制以及约束机制,从而实现金融创新成果的传播和扩散功能的复杂的有机系统。本文试图构建出金融创新扩散系统的完整的理论框架,对金融创新扩散进行全面的探索和归纳。第一章是全文分析的理论依据,为后面的分析提供了理论依据。在这一章中,主要陈述了全文的研究背景及意义并概括性的介绍了相关国内外研究现状。第二章是全文分析的理论要件,界定了后文分析的理论要素。在这一章中,定义了金融创新扩散系统的相关定义,并分析了金融创新扩散系统的结构和功能。第三章是全文分析的理论主体,概括说明了整个金融创新扩散系统的运行。在这一章中,将金融创新扩散系统的运行机制分为动力机制、传导机制和约束机制进行说明,深入探讨了每种机制的作用过程。第四章是全文分析的理论高潮,从更高的角度阐述了金融创新扩散系统的优化。在这一章中,通过对金融创新扩散系统构成要素的逐个分析,构建金融创新扩散管理系统,并结合我国国情,分析了我国金融创新扩散系统的优化。第五章是全文分析的理论小结,概括了全文的研究分析并揭示了研究过程中的不足和欠缺。全文的分析丝丝相扣,环环相接,严密的对金融创新扩散系统进行了细致的分析,并得出了很多有意义的结论,并在研究过程中注意了宏观与微观、理论与实际的结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Financial innovation provides financial industry energy and has been paid lots of attention from scholars and researchers home and abroad, which gives rise to many precious research achievements and conclusions. Nevertheless, the research findings on financial innovation diffusion is far from adequacy and majority of these analysis doesn’t focus on establish a comprehensive and systematic theoretical framework. Actually, effective financial innovation diffusion is a vital guarantee for the realization of the value of financial innovation fruits. Financial innovation diffusion, with systematic characteristics, is a complicated process. As a result, the study on financial innovation diffusion system has strong theoretical feasibility. With the interaction of the elements composed of financial diffusion source, financial diffusion agent and financial diffusion audience and by the influence of external environment including market environment, policy environment, technological environment, social environment, financial innovation diffusion system which is controlled by dynamic mechanism, transmission mechanism and restriction mechanism is a complex system for realizing the function of the diffusion of financial innovation fruits.This paper tries to establish a complete theoretical framework of financial innovation diffusion system and make intensive study on the process of financial innovation diffusion. The first chapter summarizes the theoretical evidence for the whole analysis, which lay a foundation for the followed study. This chapter illustrates the background and makes a summary of the study situation. The second chapter provides all the study with theoretical requirements, which makes the introduction for the basic definition. This chapter gives all the corresponding key definition of financial innovation diffusion system, and analyzes the structure and function of this system. The third chapter making a general study on the operation of financial innovation diffusion system is the theoretical body of the entire study. This chapter categorizes the operation mechanism into three such as dynamic mechanism, transmission mechanism and restriction mechanism and analyzes the action process of these three mechanisms deeply. The fourth chapter, the theoretical climax of this paper, explains the optimization of financial innovation diffusion system. This chapter describes the financial innovation diffusion management system on the after analyzing the optimization of sole element. In addition, it analyzes the optimization of our national financial innovation diffusion system with our national condition into consideration. The fifth chapter is the summary of the entire paper and encapsulates the complete study. More importantly, this chapter points out the defect which may be completed in the future study. The paper with rigorous logic and makes some valuable conclusion. Furthermore, it also pays double attention to make the combination of the macro and micro methods and the theoretical and practical perspectives.更多还原
