【摘要】 从世界范围来看,度假旅游发展已经经历了2500多年的历程,在一些发达国家,度假旅游己成为一种实实在在、势不可挡的世纪“潮流”。而在我国经济社会快速发展的今天,度假旅游正在蓬勃兴起,旅游度假地已成为旅游开发的一个热点。与此不可避免的是旅游度假地在开发过程中由于种种问题而导致开发失败和资源浪费,为此,很有必要在这个开发势潮中系统地对旅游度假地的开发方向作出准确的把握。本文以旅游环境学理论、系统学理论、环境心理学理论和可持续发展理论为指导,对相关概念进行了界定和辨析,并确立了以旅游度假地游客感知环境为旅游度假地旅游环境系统研究的切入点;在查阅相关文献和展开访谈调查的基础上,构建了旅游度假地的感知环境的5个维度和18个要素,并对感知环境的具体内容作出界定,通过定量计算的方法,分析了旅游度假地感知环境各要素之间的重要性;在此基础上,确立了旅游度假地旅游环境系统的构建原理和思想方法,并提出判别系统各维度重要性的“金字塔”模型,以及引导系统发展的“五导向”模式。最后,将上述理论运用于实践中,以武夷山为案例地,提出了武夷山度假地的旅游环境系统的构建思路和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 From a global perspective, the development of vacation tourism has gone through 2500 years of its history. Vacation tourism has become an unstoppable trend in some developed countries. With the rapid development of the economy and society in China today, vacation tourism is booming, which makes the development of tourist resorts become a hot. At the same time, in the development process of tourist resorts meet failure and cost waste of resources because some certain problems. So it is necessary to grasp an accurate direction of the tourist resorts development.It takes the tourism environment theory, the systems theory, the environmental psychology theory and the sustainable development theory as the guidance, defines and analyzes the relevant concepts, and establishes the perceived environment of the tourist resorts as an entry point to research of resorts perceived Environment. On foundation of referring to the relevant literature and carrying out a survey, it constructs the tourist resort’ s perceived environment containing 5 dimensions and 18 elements, whose meanings and contents are defined. Then it analyzes the importance of the elements of the resorts perceived environment through the quantitative methods. Based on it, it establishes the principles and way of thinking for constructing the resorts tourism environment system, and proposes the "pyramid" model to differentiate the importance of system dimension, as well as the "five-oriented" model to the system development guidance. Finally, the theory above is applied into practice. It takes the Wuyi-mountains as a case, and puts forward the thinking and measures to tourism environment system for Wuyi-mountains resorts.更多还原
