【摘要】 纵观世界发展史,城市公园一直随着城市化进程而处于不断的变化当中,年代悠久的老公园尤是如此。上海,作为国内城市公园的发源地,有着不少50年以上历史的老公园,如今在社会的进步,生活需求的变化和自身形象的提升等内外压力的要求下,面临着充实、改造和可持续发展的问题。本文旨在研究上海老公园在改造前和设计中存在的普遍性问题和解决的指导思想。本研究以杨浦公园为例,通过追溯上海市区综合性老公园的建设与使用历史,结合当代社会科技、经济与文化现实,研究分析老公园的改造与设计的指导思想。通过调查认为,上海的老公园普遍存在使用功能落后、空间单调且风格混乱、局部区域使用过度等外部性问题,片面追求经济利益和时尚的审美观念,缺乏长效管理机制等内部性问题,而使老公园景观、形象、服务质量等问题难以有效解决。针对这些问题,本文提出了改造前期的多层次深入调查以求尊重历史,中期的针对性改造以唤回人本精神,以及后期的公众主动参与制度以维护公园良好发展趋势。希望能对上海老公园改造设计提供参考性指导意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the world history, the urban parks are always in the succession of development along with the urbanization course, like a history of thousand layers, especially for the old parks. Shanghai, as the seedbed of China’s urban park, has several old parks over 50-year-history. In order to keep up with the changing of society,now the old parks are going to be rebuilt, In this article, the author has a study of general problems in old parks and searches for the guiding ideology of renewal design.The research is about review the history of shanghai cantonal comprehensive old park, take Yangpu Park as an example, analyze the way of renewal design.Old parks in shanghai are rebuilt many times. Because of aspiring after economic benefits and aesthetic sentiment of an earlier period, lacking of long-term mechanism, overuse by Population Development., the old parks have mixed styles, tedious view and behindhand functions.The author think, for respecting the history, it is necessary for investigation in the prophase; for recalling The Spirit of Place, renewal design in the metaphase should be targeted; for the sustainable development of old parks, organization of public participation is effective.更多还原
