空调系统能耗监测及故障诊断

【摘要】 建筑能耗在整个能源消耗中的比重在逐渐上升,而空调系统能耗是建筑能耗的重要组成部分。然而空调系统在运行过程中存在很多问题,一是是建筑内部热环境参数是否达到设计要求、动力设备是否达到其设计出力、能量供应系统的运行效能大小等关键问题,基本处于未知状态;二是系统设备是否处于正常状态多靠经验进行判断,使得系统运行的可靠性较低。本文针对以上问题,并结合实际工程的需要,开展了空调系统能耗监测、数据库管理和空调系统故障诊断方法及实时故障诊断系统的开发研究。论文给出了空调系统主要设备的能效评价指标,建立了空调系统能效指标体系;确定了空调系统实时监测变量及监测变量点的布置,开发了数据采集监测平台及实时运行数据库系统;提出了基于神经网络、基于模糊推理和基于神经模糊的空调系统故障诊断方法,对空调系统常见的故障类型及其可能故障原因进行了建模、训练、仿真及推理分析,验证了所提出的空调系统故障诊断方法的适用性;应用力控组态软件和MATLAB软件的数据交互技术,实现了空调系统的实时故障诊断。本文的研究对于空调系统的安全节能优化运行具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The proportion of building energy consumption gradually increases in the total energy consumption, and energy consumption of air conditioning system is the important component of building energy consumption. In the operation of the air conditioning system, there are many problems. Firstly, whether the design requirements are met for building internal thermal environment parameters, whether power equipment could reach its design capacity and whether the effectiveness of energy supply systems are high or low, are all unknown. Secondly, whether the system facilities are in normal condition most is judged by experience or only by whether the motor is running, without reference to operation data, the system reliability is reduced. Aiming at these problems and according to practical engineering, this paper puts forward to establish energy consumption monitoring system and the air conditioning equipment real-time database system, to investigate several simple fault diagnosis methods and real-time on-line fault diagnosis system.This paper introduces the efficiency evaluation index of the main equipment of air conditioning system, establishes the air conditioning efficiency index system, identifies real-time monitoring variables of air-conditioning system and the layout of monitoring points, and establishes the network monitoring platform and real-time operation database system. The paper expounds the fault diagnosis method based on neural network, fuzzy reasoning and neural fuzzy theory, modeling, simulation and training, reasoning and analysis based on common fault type and the possible fault reasons, and verifying the practicability of the three air conditioning system fault diagnosis method. By using the data interactive technology of force control configuration and MATLAB, the paper puts forward real-time fault diagnosis method.The paper opens a new way for safe and energy-saving operation of air-conditioning system.
