继电器及其组合模块电磁兼容性网络化测试系统的研究

【摘要】 继电器是当输入量(激励量)的变化达到规定要求时,在电气输出电路中,使被控量发生预定阶跃变化的一种自动器件。继电器组合模块是将各种继电控制功能器件和相应电路设计集成到一起,具有系统需要的电流或电压控制功能的器件。继电器及其组合模块的电磁兼容性能关系到电子设备的整体可靠性,本文设计实现的继电器及其组合模块电磁兼容性网络化测试系统为考察它们的电磁兼容性能提供了一种测试手段。本文综合分析了继电器电磁兼容技术和网络化测试技术的国内外研究现状,结合国家标准的相关规定,提出了适合继电器及其组合模块特点的电磁兼容性试验内容和方法,设计了继电器及其组合模块电磁兼容性网络化测试系统的总体方案,采用星型拓扑结构搭建了基于客户机/服务器模式的网络化测试平台,利用面向对象程序设计技术、网络数据通信技术、串口数据通信技术和数据库设计与实现技术开发了服务器端管理软件和客户端软件,实现了对继电器及其组合模块的电磁兼容性试验功能。最后本文使用继电器及其组合模块电磁兼容性网络化测试系统对型号为2JT5-2的继电器和某型号军用继电器组合模块进行了电磁兼容性试验。实践证明该测试系统结构合理、功能完善,完全可以满足继电器及其组合模块的电磁兼容性试验需求。

【Abstract】 A Relay is a kind of automatic apparatus. When its input signal reaches to some level, its output state changes. Relay modules are made up of different types of relays and circuits. They commonly have a function of controlling voltages or currents for a whole system. People have to pay more attention to EMC of relays and their modules to assure that the system work stably. A networked EMC test system designed in this paper provides a tool to evaluate the quality of relays and their modules.The associated technology home and abroad, including the EMC technology of relays and the networked test technology, is introduced in this paper. Considering associated standard, the EMC test contents and methods according to the characteristics of relays and their modules were presented. The general scheme for the EMC networked test system and the networked system with C/S model were designed. With the help of some technology such as object oriented programming, networked communication, serial communication, database system design and management, the paper developed the application software which was used on both the service and the client ends, and finally achieved the goal of testing the EMC of relays and their modules. Based on the networked test system, we tested the EMC of a common relay whose model number is 2JT5-2 and a military relay module which is used in an advanced weapon system. It was practically proved that the networked EMC test system of relays and their modules was properly structured and worked stably. It is able to satisfy the need to carry out EMC test of relays and their modules.
