大学生网络使用功能、网络成瘾的现状调查及与心理健康和社会支持的相互关系研究

The Survey on the Current Situation of University Students’ Internet Using Function and Internet Addition and Their Correlation with Mental Health and Social Support

【摘要】 目前关于网络成瘾的研究尚处于起步阶段,无论在广度和深度上都需要扩展和深化。作为网络使用主体的大学生,他们的网络使用行为及网络成瘾状况引人关注。本研究拟通过对大学生网络成瘾情况的调查,得到我国大学生网络成瘾的现状,分析大学生中网络成瘾者的心理健康、社会支持状况,为帮助解决大学生网络成瘾问题做出贡献。本研究采用以班级为单位进行团体测试的方法,采用《大学生网络使用情况调查表》(自编)、《大学生网络成瘾量表》(自编)、《症状自评量表》(SCL-90)和《社会支持量表》对被试施测,获得有效问卷536份,抽样调查在1~4年级展开,主要研究结果如下:(1)参照国内外文献编制的《大学生网络成瘾量表》信度、效度较好。(2)大学生网络使用功能比例由高到低为聊天(42.4%)、玩游戏(15.1%)、浏览网页(14.3%)、使用多媒体娱乐(11.6%)、检索信息(7.5%)、收发E-mail(3.7%)、其他(2.4%)、做个人主页或网站(1.9%)、发表见解(1.1%)。女大学生比男大学生更偏好使用网络的聊天、做个人主页或空间这两项网络使用功能,男大学生更偏好于网络游戏这一功能。(3)大学生中存在网络成瘾现象,且比例较高,应引起高度重视。网络成瘾组与非网络成瘾组在性别、年级、专业等方面都存在显著差异。男生更容易网络成瘾,3年级的大学生比其他年级的大学生更容易出现高网络成瘾倾向。(4)网络成瘾组与非网络成瘾组在检索信息、浏览网页和网络游戏等3项网络使用功能方面存在显著性差异。网络成瘾组较少使用检索信息、浏览网页的功能,而更偏好参与网络游戏的功能。上网玩游戏是网络成瘾的主要危险因素。(5)网络成瘾组在心理健康总症状指数及各个因子得分上明显高于非网络成瘾组。网络成瘾组的心理健康状况较差,有不少问题。(6)网络成瘾组的社会支持总分与主观支持和对支持的利用得分明显低于非网络成瘾组,说明在现实生活中其社会支持,特别是主观支持状况较差。

【Abstract】 Nowadays the research of the IAD is in the elementary stage, so it needs deepening and widening. Thus, as the main users of Internet, university students’ behavior and the status of Internet Addiction obtain a great attention. This paper collects the situation of the IAD of the students in universities in our country through the study and investigation, analyses the psychological health situation and social supporting situation, and therefore helps the sufferers of the IAD among the students in universities to solve the problem of the IAD.This research took the class as a group to test, and used the "questionnaire of university students using Internet", "University Student Internet Addiction Scale", "Symptom Checklist 90" and "Social Support Scale" to test, received 536 valid questionnaires. The spot check came from the grade one to grade four. Here are the main results:First, the "University Student Internet Addiction Scale" has a good reliability and validity.Second, the rate of university students using the Internet’s function from high to low is chat on-line (42.4%), on-line games (15.1%), exploring the website (14.3%), using multimedia entertainment (11.6%), information index (7.5%), receiving and sending E-mail (3.7%), others (2.4%), doing personal homepage or space (1.9%), publishing opinion (1.1%). Female university students prefer to the function of chat on-line and make personal homepage or space. And male university students prefer to the function of playing the on-line games.Third, the phenomenon of IAD in university students is exist and the proportion is higher and it should be pay more attention on it. IAD and non-IAD have great differences in sex, grade, major and etc. The male university students are easier to incline to IAD, and the juniors are easier to be highly addicted than those of other grades.Fourth, there are three distinct differences of the Internet usage between the IADand non-IAD in the information index, exploring the website and on-line games. TheIAD group does less on information index and exploring the website while does moreon playing on-line games. So playing on-line games is the main dangerous element ofthe IAD. Fifth, the IAD group’s total scores and all factors of the psychological health, are higher than that of non-IAD group. The IAD group has worse health situation and many problems.Last, the scores of the IAD group in social support, subjective support and the use of social support are distinctively lower than non-IAD group. It shows that in reality, IAD group receives a bad social support especially subjective support.
