【摘要】 本文按照国家主体功能区划总体框架思路,结合浙江省温州市洞头县经济、社会、环境的实际情况,对现有的经验和理论综合加工提炼,以海岛县(包括陆域区划和海域区划)主体功能区规划作为研究重点,细化到乡镇的开发和产业的布局,提出一套针对海岛县主体功能区划分的方法,并进行了划分实践。浙江省洞头县作为一个海岛县,兼备陆域和海域的特点,其广阔的海域是非海岛县所不具有的,因此,海岛县的主体功能区规划必然要有别于陆域县的主体功能区划。本论文在贯彻主体功能区理论的同时,陆域要素与海域要素并行考虑,在已有的主体功能区理论、海洋功能区理论等理论的基础上,把地理空间思想融入分析框架中,以计量地理学方法和地理信息系统分析为工具,走出一条具有海岛特色、符合海岛实际的主体功能区规划道路,为海岛县的主体功能区划分工作提供借鉴。全文主要包括五个部分:第一部分引言。主要阐述本论文的选题背景、研究目的及技术路线等。第二部分为主体功能区理论的综述。对主体功能区理论进行梳理,主要包括开展背景、内涵与类型、理论基础、划分原则、与其他区划规划的关系及国内外研究重点等,以达到提取对洞头县可以借鉴的经验和教训的目的。第三部分分析洞头县概况及空间开发现状。主要包括全县的自然环境和社会经济概况,并着重分析了三次产业的发展情况和空间布局,及“半岛工程”对全县发展的重要意义。第四部分是洞头县主体功能区划分的研究。分为陆域主体功能区划分和海洋主体功能区划分。陆域主体功能区划分首先构建指标体系,分为目标层(1个指标)、支持层(3个指标)、因素层(10个指标)、因子层(21个指标)4个层次,其中前三个层次的指标选取充分考虑主体功能区的要求,因子层指标的选取充分考虑洞头县自身特点以及数据的可获取性。分别以因素层和支持层为目标进行主成分分析并得出综合得分,再对综合得分进行聚类分析,得出主体功能区分区初步结果,并通过地理信息系统(GIS)手段落实到空间上。对4种结果进行分析,得出最终的优化开发区、重点开发区和限制开发区划分方案,并结合禁止开发区的方案(参考已有的生态功能分区),得出洞头县主体功能区划分方案(陆域)。海洋主体功能区划分首先进行洞头县海域概述和海洋资源评价及开发利用现状评价,然后以洞头县海洋功能区划为蓝本,遵循海洋主体功能区划的原则,对洞头县进行海洋主体功能区的划分,最后得出洞头县海洋主体功能区划方案。最后得出洞头县主体功能区陆域海域综合划分方案。第五部分对洞头县主体功能区划进行总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article gave a theory of Main Function Region (MFR) and practiced it in Dongtou of Zhejiang Province with the condition of economy, society and environment.The article had five parts. The first part expounded the background of issue, the objective of research and the route chart of research. The second part was the summarizing statement of MFR, including the background of development, the implication and categories, the foundation of theories, the principles of division, the relationship with other region theories and the research keys of domestic and overseas. The third part analyzed the present situation of Dongtou, including the general situations of natural environment, economy and society. This part gave specially analysises of the development and distribution of the third industry and the important value of Bandao Project. The fourth part was the research of Dongtou MFR. The article gave a index system of MFR of Dongtou at first, including Target Class, Supporting Class, Element Class (ten indexes), Factor Class (twenty-one indexes). The article gave Principal Component Analysis scores of Element Class and Supporting Class by the software of SPSS and MS Excel. Then gave the outcomes of Hierarchical Clustering of the scores and had initial outcomes. The article gave a map of Dongtou MFR by GIS theory and Mapinfo software. At the end of the part, the article gave a final Dongtou MFR Plan with the comprehensive of scores of two classes.更多还原
