【摘要】 人口是国家主体功能区规划的重要因素之一,人口发展功能区划是国家主体功能区规划的基础依据和国家主体功能区规划编制工作的重要组成部分。大连市人口发展功能区划工作,是要根据人居环境适宜性、资源环境承载力与社会经济发展水平,统筹考虑现有开发密度与人口发展潜力,科学界定人口限制区、人口疏散/收缩区、人口稳定区和人口集聚区等不同类型人口发展功能区的地域和范围,明晰不同功能区人口发展的定位与方向,完善不同功能区人口规划与政策体系,促进形成人口分布合理、人口资源环境协调发展的区域格局。人居环境适宜性评价研究是大连市人口发展功能区划研究的重要内容。本文在综述国内外人居环境基本理论研究、人居环境评价指标体系和研究方法实践的基础上,探讨了对地理学角度人居环境研究的见解,然后在GIS技术支持下和《国家人口发展功能区工作技术导则》指导下对地形起伏度、气候适宜度、水文指数、地被指数因子做出评价并建立人居环境指数模型,最终对大连市域环境适宜性做出评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Population is one of important factors of national major function oriented zoning, so population development function oriented zoning is the main function and important part of the national major function oriented zoning.
