基于嵌入式技术的钨选矿工艺统计过程控制技术与系统

【摘要】 随着钨矿储量和易选钨矿的逐渐减少,难选钨矿物已逐渐成为选矿加工的主要对象,对钨选矿工艺技术及工艺过程质量管理的要求越来越高。研究钨选矿生产过程的统计过程控制,并开发适用的质量管理系统,对于提高钨选矿企业的产品质量、资源回收率和企业管理水平具有重要的意义。本文以钨选矿生产过程为对象,将统计学理论与钨选矿生产工艺过程相结合,建立了基于统计过程控制理论的钨选矿生产工艺过程质量控制方法和选矿过程质量控制指标体系,为钨选矿企业对其选矿生产过程质量的合理有效控制提供了一种技术手段。本文在钨选矿生产工艺过程质量统计过程控制方法研究的基础上,重点研究了基于统计过程控制的钨选矿过程质量监控系统。本文首先对典型的黑钨选矿生产工艺流程的各工艺组成要素进行了因素分析,确定了各工艺要素的质量控制指标及其控制方法,建立了各工艺要素的质量控制指标体系及相应的关键控制量。据此,本文研究与开发了钨选矿过程质量控制系统。该系统是一种基于组件动态配置的系统,采用了C/S模式(客户/服务器模式),客户端由自行开发的嵌入式SPC质量控制器组成,服务器采用工控微机服务器(也可采用PC服务器)。其中,嵌入式SPC质量控制器是根据钨选矿企业工艺质量统计过程控制的功能需求而自主研制的。本文在对质量控制器功能分析的基础上,选定嵌入式系统作为其硬件系统进行了详细设计,主要包括系统微处理器选型、数据通信单元和存储单元设计等并采用WinCE操作系统和Visual C++构建了嵌入式SPC质量控制器的系统环境以及开发了其应用功能模块(如控制图、直方图和工序能力分析等)、系统管理等嵌入式应用软件。本系统实现了对钨选矿工艺过程各工艺要素的质量数据采集、分析与监控,具有数据实时传输、储存、统计报表、故障在线报警与提醒以及组件动态配置等功能。通过应用本文开发的钨选矿过程质量监控系统对某钨选矿厂的生产过程质量的分析与检测实践,表明本系统能有效地完成工艺质量数据采集、分析与监控,基本实现了本文的研究目标。据调研及文献分析,将统计控制方法以及嵌入式技术应用于钨选矿生产过程监控尚属首次,本文的研究成果将对钨选矿生产工艺过程质量控制与自动化技术应用具有一定的促进作用和借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 As the decrease of tungsten storage and the raise of Tungsten price,the hard mill run tungsten has been the main process target , there are more and more request on the quality of tungsten process craft and tungsten process technic product. Research statistical process control in tungsten process and design application quality manage system is more important to enhance tungsten enterprise product quality, resource recycle rate and tungsten enterprise management level.The article is aim to tungsten process , combine the statistical principle with the tungsten process ,establish the way of tungsten process crafts process quality control and tungsten process quality control index system base on statistical process control , offer a technic measure to tungsten enterprice to control the tungsten process availability.The article emphases research the statistical process control to tungsten process quality control system base on the research of the way of tungsten process craft quality statistical control.The article finish the analyse the factor of tungsten process by a tipic tungsten pruduce first, ensure the control index and control way of each process, establish quality control index system and correspond control cell.The article research and design tungsten process statistical process control system . The system is base on the module dynamic collocate technic and it adopt C/S mode,the client mode is the machine of Embedded SPC Quality Control, he service mode is upmachine(PC service can be ok ).The machine of Embedded SPC Quality Control is self-develop base on the function need of the tungsten enterprise craft quality statistical process control .The article adopt the embedded system and its hardsoft to particular design base on the function analyse of the mechin of quality control,it main include the adopt of system cpu ,date communication cell and storage cell design and so on .The system establish the system and its function module(such as control chart,process ability analyse)and system management soft of the machine of Embedded SPC Quality Control by Wince operating system and Visual C++ .The system achieve the function of quality data collect、analyze、dispose、module dynamic collocate and it has the function of date communication on time ,date deposited , statistic report, failure remind on line .It indicate the system can finish craft quality date collect ,analyse and availability by use the process quality contral system to produce process quality analyse and practice in a tungsten process enterprise , achieve the aim of the article.By literature analyse, it’s the first time that combines the statistical process control with tungsten process in embedded system,the research harvest in the article have push effect and reference meaning to the apply of the tungsten process craft process quality control and auto-technic.
