基于虚拟仪器的电液伺服阀试验台设计及静动态特性分析

【摘要】 根据企业委托,为对老化、失效的液压元件进行检测、维修,参考国际、国内优秀的试验台设计理论,依据企业自身需要,研制了伺服阀试验台。该试验台基于液压测试中心,其动力供给和测试系统由测试中心提供,该中心测试平台可对液压元件像液压泵、液压马达、液压缸、常规阀、伺服阀进行一般的出厂试验。论文阐述了伺服阀试验台的一般设计流程,包括电液伺服阀试验台液压站的设计、电液伺服阀试验台原理图的拟定、电液伺服阀试验台电气系统的设计。介绍了远程调压技术在试验台应用的重要性。论文介绍了电液伺服阀的原理并分析了电液伺服阀的静、动态特性。详细分析了动态测试系统两种测试方案古典频域法和统计法的测试原理,最终通过比较、分析,得出利用统计法测试电液伺服阀动态特性的优越性。通过分析电液伺服阀试验台的动态测试系统,建立了动态测试系统的数学模型。分析得出了影响动态测试系统精度的因素即伺服缸的固有频率对动态测试系统的影响,并提出了提高伺服缸固有频率的措施。论文最后分析了电液伺服阀试验台的测控系统。介绍了试验台的硬件结构,利用LabVIEW编写了测控系统的程序。还分析了测试系统的抗干扰措施。电液伺服阀试验台的设计及静动态特性分析为维修伺服阀提供了理论依据,提高了企业对电液伺服阀的故障诊断能力。

【Abstract】 According to enterprise commissioned, in order to test and maintenance the aging or failure hydraulic components,reference the best test-bed design theory of International and domestic, based on the needs of the enterprise,have developed servo valve test-bed. Based on the test-bed hydraulic testing centers, and its power supply and test system provided by the testing center, the center test platformer can test hydraulic components like hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders, conventional valves, servo valves for general factory test.The article described the servo valve test-bed of the general design flow, including the design of the electro-hydraulic servo valve station、study out the schematic diagram of the electro-hydraulic servo valve test-bed、the design of the electro-hydraulic servo valve test-bed electrical system. Introduced the importance of the using of remote voltage regulator technology on test-bed.The article described the principle of electro-hydraulic servo valve and also analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve. Detailed analyzed the two test programs of dynamic test system, such as the text principle of frequency method and statistical methods, finally by comparison, analysis, educe the superiority of using statistical methods to text dynamic characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve.By analyzing the dynamic text system of electro-hydraulic servo valve test-bed, established dynamic mathematical model of test system, analysis of the impact of dynamic factors in the accuracy of the test system that is the natural frequency of servo-cylinder test systems for dynamic impact, and proposed to raise the natural frequency of servo-cylinder measures.Finally the article analyzed the measurement and control system of the electro-hydraulic servo valve test-bed, introduced the test-bed hardware structure, prepared using LabVIEW process measurement and control system. Also analyzed the anti-jamming measures to test system.Design and analysis of static and dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve test-bed provides a theoretical basis for servo valve repairs, improved the business to electro-hydraulic servo valve fault diagnosis ability.
