红外热像仪在医学中的应用与测量误差的研究

【摘要】 红外成像技术是利用物体自身各部分对红外热辐射的差异把红外辐射图像转换为可视图像的技术。近年来红外成像系统以其无损伤性,非接触性和实时性在医学领域得到了迅速的发展。首先,本论文探讨了红外热像仪的测温原理,组成结构和工作原理。尤其关注了医学用的红外热像仪的特点,为后期的医学诊断,数值计算和误差分析打下了理论基础。紧接着又对红外热像仪在医学诊断上的应用做了详细分析。通过本文的总结研究对医疗人员更加全面的了解医用红外热像仪的特点,使用规范大有益处,并为实际病情的诊断提供了有力的理论与实例依据。其次,本文详细研究了发射率、大气、环境温度和距离对医用红外热像仪测量精度的影响,并根据红外辐射定律推导出了实际测量过程中的测温方程和误差计算公式,为具体的实验分析和实际测量中减小误差提供了有力的保障。最后,本文通过实验研究了距离对于医用红外热像仪测量精度的影响,得到了一个理想距离,在这个距离上能使这种红外热像仪测量误差最小,论文最后通过测量多组人体耳垂的平均温度的实验验证了结论。

【Abstract】 Infrared Imaging Techniques can change the infrared radiation into visible images. It utilizes every part of difference of infrared radiation of objects to obtain the details of the thermal images. Recently infrared imaging system developed rapidly in medical domain because of no damage、non-contact and real-time.Firstly, this essay explore the temperature measuring principle, Structure and working principle of the infrared thermography, especially attention to the characteristics of medical thermography. Laying the foundation for medical diagnosis, Numerical calculation and the error analysis. And then detailed analysis the applications of infrared thermography in medical diagnosis. This essay help the medical personnel made more comprehensive understanding of medical infrared thermography characteristics, and provides theoretical basis for diagnosis.Secondly, the essay research the influence of Atmospheric、emissivity, distance and Environmental temperature deducing temperature measurement equation and error formula in the process of practical measurement.Finally, the essay research on the influence of distance in medical measurement.we got an ideal distance through the experiment. The infrared thermography measurement error is the smallest in the ideal distance.
