【摘要】 地质勘查项目施工成本管理是地质勘查企业管理中最重要的管理组成部分之一。随着市场经济的发展,面对激烈的市场竞争,地质勘查施工企业在逐渐向市场管理体制转换的过程中,越来越关注企业的经济效益。而地质勘查施工企业的经营状况和经济效益与项目施工成本的密切相关,如何降低企业的施工成本,将直接影响到施工企业在工程市场上的竞争能力,及其以后的生存、发展问题。本论文以黑龙江省地质矿产局(齐齐哈尔矿产勘查开发总院)施工成本管理为背景,首先在对地质勘查项目施工成本管理的基本理论进行了介绍,包括施工成本的含义、原则、层次、职责、内容以及对象等;在此基础之上,分别从地质勘查项目施工成本管理过程分析和成本控制两个方面,围绕如何降低地质勘查项目施工成本进行了深入、系统的研究,提出了地质勘查项目施工企业成本管理体系,从而为地质勘查项目施工企业成本管理提供了参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Geological Survey project construction cost management is one of the most important components of business management in geological exploration enterprises. With the development of market economy and facing the fierce market competition, geological exploration enterprises have to increasingly concern about their economic efficiency durning the process of transition to a market management system. The management situation and economic benefits of geological exploration enterprises is closely related to the project construction cost, so how to reduce the project construction cost directly influence geological exploration enterprises’existence, developing and competitiveness on the project market.In this paper, I take the construction cost management of Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources of Heilongjiang Province (Qiqihar mineral exploration and development General Hospital) as the background. Based on the introduction of basic constrction cost management theory of geological survey projects, including the concept, principles, levels, duties, content and objects of construction cost, this paper did a deep and systematic research on how to reduce the construction cost of geological survey projects from the aspects of the geological survey project construction cost management process analysis and cost control. A cost management system is proposed in this paper to provide a frame of reference for geological exploration enterprises’cost management.更多还原
