深基坑支护设计优化及工程实证研究

【摘要】 我国人口众多,为了节约土地,必然大量兴建高层建筑和充分利用城市地下空间,这样就带来了大规模基坑工程的开挖与支护,为地下工程建筑提供必要和安全的环境。深基坑开挖施工,对坑壁进行支护,不仅要面对场地水文、工程地质条件的复杂性,还要充分考虑极其有限的场地环境条件下施工的可行性和难度。因此,基坑支护方案的适宜性、安全性及经济性,是确定设计及施工方案的主要依据。基坑支护优化设计是使基坑支护设计对工程特点、水文、工程地质条件及环境条件有显著的针对性,突出合理、科学的设计成果,更好地体现设计成果的适宜性、安全性及经济性,而基坑支护类型的优选和支护设计计算的优化,是解决这个难点和重点的关键。本文依托湖南人民广播电台办公大楼基坑护壁施工项目,对深基坑支护结构进行了优化设计。结合本工程地质、环境、挖深等诸多因素确定安全可靠的支护方案,考虑到地下水较丰富等因素,为确保安全,最终分段采用了水泥土墙重力式挡墙和钻孔灌注桩加止水帷幕两种支护方案。文中对两种方案分别进行了设计计算并分析了稳定性。最后为更全面地分析支护效果,采用大型岩土软件PLAXIS对两种支护结构分别进行了模拟,用有限元方法分析了各组成部分的受力和位移,并与前面计算结果对比,对两者的差异进行了详细分析。对同类工程基坑支护设计和施工具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Because China has a huge population, to save land, the construction of massive high-rise buildings and making full use of urban undergroud space are necessary. And it leads to the digging and support of large-scale excavation projects, as well as the necessary and safe environment of underground construction. Construction of deep excavation and support of pit wall involves not only the the coplexion of the venues hydrological and geological conditions, but also feasibility and difficulty of construction under limited space environment. Therefore, the suitability, security and economy of the pit support design will be the initial considerations when the owners determine the design and construction plan.Optimal pit support design shares obvious target on construction features, hydrologial, engineering geological and environmental conditions. It highlights the rational, scientific design results and reflects the outcome of suitability, security and economy. The preferred type and optimization of the calculation of supporting design is the key to solve the difficulty and importance.This essay offers an optimal support design by giving the design project of Hunan People’s Radio Broadcasting Office Building. To confirm a safe and reliable support design related to engineering geological and environmental conditions of deep pit, two support design of concrete earth gravity wall and drilling bored reperfusion in addition to the water-proof curtain have been implemented respectively to be safe considering the factor of abundent underground water. This essay gives the design calculation and stability check of these two designs. In order to achieve complete analysis of the supporting effect, the large-scale geotechnical software PLAXIS is used to simulate two supporting design and the approach of finite element is employed to analyze the force and displacement on components. Comparing with the calculation results, variance analysis is carefully carried. This essay offers a meaningful instuction to the project on support design and construction
