新型聚乙烯接枝共聚物的制备与表征

【摘要】 合成两种不同的功能性单体,通过反应挤出将其与线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)进行接枝反应,制备了两个系列的接枝共聚物。第一个系列是以3-氯丙烯、苯酚、苯胺、甲醛为原料,通过改变反应条件,确定了烯丙基苯并噁嗪的最佳合成工艺;以红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振(NMR)表征其结构。以其作为接枝单体,利用反应接枝的方法制备了新型的聚乙烯接枝共聚物,用FTIR和NMR确定了接枝共聚物的结构和接枝率;用示差扫描量热法(DSC)、接触角测量仪、X-射线光电能谱(XPS)、广角X-射线衍射(WAXD)和旋转流变仪对接枝共聚物的热性能、结晶行为、表面性能和动态流变性能进行了测试分析。结果表明,聚乙烯接枝共聚物的结晶温度和结晶度均比空白LLDPE高,但没有破坏晶体结构;功能化聚乙烯具有较好的疏水性;接枝后体系的粘度明显降低。第二个系列是以全氟辛基聚氧乙烯醚和丙烯酰氯为原料,合成了新型的含α-烯键氟表面活性剂。以FTIR和NMR表征其结构。以其作为接枝单体,利用反应接枝的方法制备了新型聚乙烯接枝共聚物,用FTIR和NMR确定了接枝共聚物的结构和接枝率;用DSC、接触角测量仪、XPS、WAXD和旋转流变仪对接枝共聚物的热性能、结晶行为、表面性能和动态流变性能进行了测试分析。结果表明,聚乙烯接枝共聚物的结晶温度和结晶度均比空白LLDPE高,但没有破坏晶体结构;功能化聚乙烯具有较好的疏水性;接枝后体系粘度有所降低。

【Abstract】 Two kinds of functional monomers were synthesized, and two kinds of grafted copolymers were prepared by using the surfactants and linear low density polyethylene as starting materials. The grafting reaction was carried out by using melt reactive extrusion procedure.The first kind of functional monomer was synthesized by using allyl chloride, phenol, phenyl amines and formaldehyde as the main starting materials. The effect of some factors on the yield was investigated. The chemical structures were characterized by means of FTIR and NMR. Allyl-functional benzoxazine was adopted as the grafting monomer of LLDPE, and grafting reaction was carried out by using melt reactive extrusion procedure. Their thermal properties of grafted copolymers were studied by using DSC, and their surface properties were characterized by measuring contact angle, XPS, WAXD. The rheological properties were studied by using rotational rheometer. It was found that the crystallization temperature and crystallization degrees of grafted copolymers were higher than that of the plain LLDPE, the hydrophobic property of the grafted copolymers was proved better than the plain LLDPE, and the viscosity of the grafted copolymers was reduced.The second kind of monomer was synthesized by using perfluorooctane poly(ethylene oxide) ether and acryloyl chloride as the main starting materials. Their chemical structures were characterized by means of FTIR and NMR. The fluorine surfactant was adopted as the grafting monomer of LLDPE, and grafting reaction was carried out by using melt reactive extrusion procedure. Their thermal properties of grafted copolymers were studied by using DSC, their surface properties were characterized by measuring contact angle, XPS and WAXD. The rheological properties were studied by using rotational rheometer. It was found that the crystallization temperature and crystallization degrees of grafted copolymers were higher than that of the plain LLDPE, the hydrophobic property of the grafted copolymers was proved better than the plain LLDPE, and the viscosity of the grafted copolymers was reduced.
