高家梁煤矿斜井围岩蠕变规律的研究

【摘要】 研究软岩井巷的稳定性问题时不可避免地要研究其蠕变性质。能否准确地计算和模拟围岩的蠕变行为,对于选择支护和围岩控制方案,具有十分重要的意义。针对高家梁煤矿软岩蠕变问题,本文基于流变理论和试验测试,经过分析建立了符合高家梁煤矿工程实际的蠕变模型,并结合ANSYS提供的蠕变模型,拟合得到应用于模拟的蠕变参数;通过对无支护斜井的蠕变模拟,揭示了高家梁煤矿围岩蠕变的基本规律,并对各个深度和时间的蠕变进行了计算分析;通过对锚喷支护斜井的蠕变模拟,得到了锚喷支护对围岩蠕变的作用和不同支护参数对围岩蠕变的影响。

【Abstract】 It’s indispensable to study the nature of creep of soft rock when we study the stability of a mine of soft rock. To calculate and to simulate the creep behavior of rock accurately is going to have a significance for the choice of support and control programs of surrounding rock.To address the problem of creep of the softrock in GaoJiaLiang coal mine, This article, Based on rheological theory and experimental test, through analysis, established the realistic creep model of the coal mine. Then, with combinning the creep model provided by ANSYS, we obtained the creep parameters for simulation through fitting; Through the simulation of the tunnel not supported, the basic creep regulation of GaoJiaLiang coal mine has been revealed. Then we calculated and analysised the creeps of all depth and time. Through the simulation of the anchor bolting tunnel, we obtained the Supporting function from anchor bolting to creep and the effect to creep caused by the changes of creep parameters.
