【摘要】 思想政治教育按其工作方式可以分为显性思想政治教育和隐性思想政治教育。当前,我国高校思想政治教育理论与实践取得了可喜的成绩,但是也存在着不少问题。其中一个最突出的问题是,高校思想政治教育的实效性不强,并有着走向孤立、僵化的趋势。从方法层面分析,产生这种现象的根本原因在于,高校思想政治教育仍然局限于传统的认知主义教育模式,以直接的、明确的显性思想政治教育方式为主要手段,而对于隐性思想政治教育方法重视不够。相对于显性思想政治教育而言,隐性思想政治教育具有以下特点和优势:教育内容具有渗透性,能够有效覆盖思想政治教育的全过程;教育目的具有潜隐性,能够有效消除受教育者的逆反心理;教育方式具有非正规性,有利于大学生非理性因素的发展。开展高校隐性思想政治教育是思想政治教育理论发展的要求,也是现实发展的必然。其哲学依据是社会存在与社会意识的辩证关系原理,其心理学依据是有教育意味的心理暗示,其现实依据是高校改革与大学生全面发展的需要。高校具有非常丰富的隐性思想政治教育资源,主要有环境资源、文化资源、管理资源、实践资源等。只有大力开发和优化高校隐性思想政治教育资源,充分发挥高校隐性思想政治教育的优势,把显性思想政治教育方法与隐性思想政治教育方法有机结合起来,完善思想政治教育方法体系,才能不断增强思想政治教育的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the way it works, Ideological and political education can be divided into explicit ideological and political education and implicit ideological and political education. At present, our university’s ideological and political education theory and practice have got great achievements. However, behind the performance, there are a lot of problems, the most prominent problem is that the effectiveness of ideological and political education is not strong, and has an isolate and rigid tendency. Analyzing from the methodological aspect, the fundamental reason lies in the fact that ideological and political education is still limiting to the traditional cognition constrained mode of education, taking direct、clear-cut dominant ideological and political education as a primary means. And it didn’t pay enough attention to implicit ideological and political education.Compare to explicit ideological and political education, university’s implicit ideological and political education has such characteristics and advantages: firstly, the education content is covered with permeability can cover the whole process of ideological and political education; secondly, the education purpose is concealed can effectively eliminate the pedagogue psychological resistance; thirdly, the method is informal, it’s good for student’s un-logic factors of development. The implementation of ideological and political education has such tacit basis: philosophy basis, psychology basis and the reality basis.University has plenty of implicit ideological and political education resources, it mainly includes: environment resources, culture resources; management resources; practice resources. Only to take actions to vigorously develop and optimize university’s implicit ideological and political education resources in colleges and universities , give full play to the implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities advantages, combine the explicit ideological and political education methods and implicit methods of ideological and political education , can improve the ideological and political education system and to continually enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education of colleges and universities更多还原
