多元化战略背景下湖南新华书店集团企业文化建设研究

【摘要】 据有关统计,我国大多数上市公司和民营企业都采用了多元化经营方式,这说明了多元化战略仍然是当今世界大多数企业所采纳的战略思想与行为。而文化竞争作为后竞争时代的重要趋势已经逐渐被企业和学术界所广泛重视。当前企业文化理论研究也日渐厚实,但从战略背景角度来看,现今大多数研究也只还停留在对企业战略背景大一统的层面下进行研究,其所研究出来的理论和结果具有一定的普遍性,并没有从不同战略背景角度来进行差异化研究,而在大多数企业采用多元化战略的今天,在此战略背景下的企业文化建设研究应当值得密切关注。本文运用文献比较研究法、逻辑演绎推理法、调查研究法以及统计分析多种方法相结合,对多元化战略背景下的企业文化建设进行分析,最后得出结论:主导产品型多元化战略和相关型多元化战略背景下母子公司的企业文化建设更趋向大一统的建设。本文一方面希望证明出多元化战略背景下企业文化建设的相关结论,寻求出多元化战略与文化的结合,形成具有多元化背景下的特色企业文化理论,以此指导多元化战略下的企业文化发展,为今后企业竞争与长远发展夯实根基。另一方面借此结论为指导,结合国内外目前企业文化建设的一些工具与方法,提出湖南新华书店不同层面上企业文化大一统建设的具体对策和实施方法,指导于企业发展,同时为全国新华书店系统的企业寻求和开创出一条长远的、适合行业特性的文化建设道路。

【Abstract】 According to relevant statistics, most of private enterprises in China have adopted diversified modes of business operation as well as the majority of the top of 500 enterprises in the world which illustrates that the diversification strategy is still the strategic thought and behavior which is adopted by the majority of enterprises in the current world. However, as the post-competition trend, cultural competition is attracted extensive attention by the business and academia. Nowadays, Theoretical study on the current corporate culture has become more and enrich, but in the context of strategic perspective, most studies at present only remained under a unified level at the background of corporate strategy, which get a certain universal theory and results. And the earlier research is not from a different perspective of the strategic background. But most of today’s enterprises adopt diversified strategies, so we should pay close attention to the building of enterprise culture studies in this context.Based on the methods of comparative study of the literature, the logic deductive reasoning method, investigation method and statistical analysis and so on, this paper analyzes the building of enterprise culture in the context of diversified strategy, and finally gets the concludes: the building of enterprise culture of the mother and child company at the background of leading product type and related type diversified strategy against culture has become more unified building.On the one hand, this paper hopes to show the related conclusions of the building of enterprise culture at the background of a diversification strategy, and seek a diversification strategy and culture combine to form a special enterprise culture theory at the pluralistic context, so as to guide the corporate culture development with a diversification strategy, and lay a solid foundation for the future competitiveness of enterprises and for long-term development. On the other hand, using this conclusion as a guide and combining with the current tools and methods of the building of enterprise culture at home and abroad , this paper points out the specific measures and implementations of the different levels of unified building of corporate culture of Hunan Xinhua Bookstore, so as to guide the development of business, and to seek and to create a long-term, sector-specific road for the National Xinhua Bookstore system
