【摘要】 包装使商品的价值和使用价值得到充分实现,重视和完善产品的包装,对于保护商品,保证商品价值实现,促进商品生产和提高企业经济效益,都有十分重要的意义。为此企业应加强包装管理,通过改进产品包装提高经济效益。包装管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,包装管理对保证产品质量、降低产品成本和促进产品销售都有直接的影响。本文立足于株洲化工集团,借鉴国内外同行业的先进经验,通过对PVC产品现行包装存在的问题进行分析和研究,为株洲化工集团应对日益激烈的市场竞争形势,完善制度促进企业可持续发展提出相应的策略。首先提出研究背景及株洲化工集团PVC生产现状,介绍包装相关概念以及国内外PVC包装发展现状。其次通过对株洲化工集团公司实地考察、研究,发现株洲化工集团的PVC产品现行包装存在以下问题:一是包装未能使用环保材料,二是包装工艺方法落后,生产效率较低,三是PVC包装废弃物会对生态环境造成严重破坏。最后通过文献分析法、调查研究法、问卷法、定量研究、理论分析等系列方法逐一分析解决这些问题,最终达到使企业能耗降低,生产效率提高,降低产品生产成本,减少包装废弃物对环境的污染等目的。在研究过程中,着重讨论了当下包装领域中领先的几个概念,如绿色包装,减量化包装等。在产品包装选择材料的过程中作了大胆地补充与延伸导入系统化的概念,也就是建立绿色包装体系。分析了中国的化工产业包装现状,对比了株洲化工集团现行产品包装材料工艺与发达国家的差距,强化了“绿色包装”的丰富内涵,强调建立绿色包装体系与环境和生态的保护意识,还对绿色包装的实践进行了深入的研究与思考,并提出具体建议。最后结合当前形势,呼吁包括化工产业在内的各个行业要把目光放长远,建立绿色包装体系。在提高产能的同时,保护环境,回报社会,建立资源节约和环境友好的两型社会。更多还原

Package management is an important component of management , package management to ensure product quality, reduce product cost and the promotion of products that have a direct impact.This study based on Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group,Learn advanced experience from chemical industry home and abroad,Through the research of PVC packaging products now,Corresponding strategies to make Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group can face the fierce competition in the market situation,and improve the system to promote enterprise for sustainable development.First of all its the introduction of PVC Production Status of Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group,concepts of Packaging,and the development of PVC packaging in the world. Second, Through the study of Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group. I found the questions of PVC packaging of Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group. First, they failure to use environmentally-friendly packaging material. Second, the methods of packaging technology was get behind, and the productivity was so low. The third problem is PVC packaging waste will cause serious damage to the ecological environment. Finally, through literature analysis, and methods of Investigation and research, questionnaire, quantitative research and theoretical analysis. and then Resolve these problems one by one. Finally enable enterprises to reduce energy consumption, Improve production efficiency. production costs and the waste on the environment pollution canbe reduced.During the process of study, I focused on the following concept, Such as green packaging and packaging reduction. Choose packaging materials in the process of importing the concept of systematic, Pointed out that the fundamental solution to the problem is set up green packaging system.I have analyzed the Chinese chemical industry packing the status quo, and I have Contrasted Product packaging materials and technology gap of the Zhuzhou Chemical Industry Group with developed countries. Then I Strengthen the connotation of green packaging and the importance of Green packaging system and set up environmental and ecological protection awareness. I have did the in-depth study of green packaging, And make some specific recommendations.Finally, I Appeal set up Green packaging system and all Sectors should look further ahead combined with the current situation. at the same time Improve production capacity, We must Protect the environment, then construct the resource conservation and the environmental protection society’s necessity.更多还原
