【摘要】 运输方式的改进对经济增长和生产力都有潜在的影响。作为重要的交通基础设施,高速公路的产生和发展是一个国家和地区经济社会发展到一定阶段对公路运输需求的必然产物;它的发展必然会对经济和社会各个方面的发展产生重要的影响。首先,分析交通基础设施及高速公路对沿线地区的社会经济和产业结构的影响方式及机理,在总结现有评价高速公路建设项目对社会经济影响指标体系的基础上提出沿线节点城市对高速公路的依赖性评价指标。然后,根据高速公路对沿线城市产业带的影响,选取一系列指标,通过对沈大高速公路、成渝高速公路重庆段、沪宁高速公路江苏段的实证分析来表明高速公路对沿线城市工业、农业及商贸的影响。在高速公路对工业的影响方面,重点研究了节点城市产业园的发展。其次,通过分析三段高速公路建成前后沿线城市的城市化进程和土地利用性质的改变,得出高速公路对沿线城市土地资源利用的影响。最后,通过沿线城市的经济整体发展状况、高新技术产业和外向型经济的发展以及沿线城市对外区域交流的变化,分析三段高速公路对提高沿线城市竞争力的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transportation improvements have the potential for affecting both economic growth and productivity. As the significant transportation infrastructure, it is the certain production of the need of highway transportation when country or region’s society and economy has developed to a certain stage.This text analyzes the way and mechanism of influence of transportation infrastructure and freeway on social economy and industry construction in local areas,upon summarizing existing index system of evaluation effect of freeway project on social economy,proposes evaluation indexes of dependency of freeway on node cities alongside.And then,according to the influence of freeway on city industry zone alongside,choosing and adopting a series of indexes. Indicating the influence of freeway on industry、agriculture and commerce of cities alongside by means of demonstration on Shen-Da, Cheng-Yu ( section of Chongqing ) and Hu-ning(section of Jiangsu)Freeways. In terms of influence on industry,putting emphasis on development of industry department zones in node cities.Secondly,in terms of analyzing changes of urbanization and land use of cities alongside before and after the operation of the three freeways,obtaining the effect of freeway on land resource usage.Finally,analyzing the effect of the three freeways on improving competition of cities alongside,through the entire development of economy、development of high-tech industry and export-oriented economy and outward exchanges.更多还原
