羊场湾二分区矿井水文地质条件及水害防治

【摘要】 以神华宁夏煤业集团有限责任公司羊场湾二分区为研究区域,通过对其基本概况、地质条件、水文地质特征和相关资料的分析研究后,运用了涌水量—降深曲线外推法、大井法、比拟法三种方法对未来延伸矿井的涌水量进行了科学的计算和校正,得出矿井开采到二水平+804m时的正常涌水量为357.2m3/h,最大涌水量为616.7m3/h。然后,在详细分析了矿区的水患因素后,提出了对西天河和大气降水这种水量不大,并且延续时间较长的水源采用以防为主的措施。其中对西天河采取铺设人工河床的方法;对大气降水采取在地表对裂隙和塌陷进行填埋并压实的方法进行治理。而对于老窑水和围岩介质水这种水量较大,但相对较容易疏干的水源则采用留设防水煤柱和排水相结合的方式进行治理。最后,还对矿井第二阶段的总排水系统依据相应的标准进行了设计,确定了在第二阶段采用矿用水泵和相配套电机并利用两趟敷设于管子道和二采区轨道下山的无缝钢管,把矿井水从有效容积为2857.6m3的水仓,排放到安置于+1050m水平的有效容积为1574.4m3的水仓,继而排出矿井。

【Abstract】 Taking the second division of Yang Chang Wan Coal Mine of Ningxia Shenhua Coal Industry Group CO., Ltd. as a study area, according to research on its basic situation, geological conditions, hydrogeological characteristics and related data, using Q-S curve method, Big-well method, Analogy method, the future extension of the mine water inflow was calculated and corrected separately. Then the result of its normal water inflow was 357.2m3/h and maximum water inflow was 616.7m3/h were obtained when the coal mine was exploited to the second level +804m. After detailed analysis on the inundation factors of mining area, it was proposed that the waterproof measure was used primarily to XiTian River and precipitation, though there was little water quantity and long duration. The laying artificial riverbed was used to XiTian river; as to the precipitation, landfill and compaction were used to treat the fracture and collapse on the ground surface. It was also proposed that the leave waterproof coal pillar and drainage combined method were used to treat the goaf water and the water surrounding rock medium, which were large water quantity but easier to dewater. Finally based on the corresponding standard, total drainage system of the second stage of the coal mine was designed, the mine pumps and related motors at the second stage of the coal mine was identified and two journey seamless steel tubes which laying down the tube channel and the downword track for the second mining area were used to take mine water from sump which effective volume was 2857.6m3 to the sump which effective volume was 1574.4m3 and installed at +1050m level, then mine water was discharged from the mine.
