【摘要】 党的十七大报告是我们党团结带领全国各族人民坚定不移走中国特色社会主义道路,在新的历史起点上继续发展中国特色社会主义的政治宣言和行动纲领。它不仅对我国社会主义现代化建设和改革开放具有重要的指导意义,而且也是指导我国新时期思想政治教育工作的重要文献。报告在回顾总结改革开放以来思想政治教育宝贵经验的基础上,结合新形势,总结新经验,对当前和今后的思想政治教育工作提出了许多创新要求。本文对报告关于思想政治教育工作任务内容、方针原则以及方式方法上的创新之处作了初步研究和探讨,目的是把这些创新理论转化为开创思想政治教育工作新局面的理论指南,推动思想政治教育工作更好地适应新形势,提高到新水平,同时丰富思想政治教育的学科建设。本文研究方法主要采取文献检索法、调查研究法和总结经验法。我通过研究得出的结论是:十七大报告在继承我党思想政治教育基本原理的基础上,结合当前新形势和新任务,又提出许多创新观点。报告在思想政治教育重点任务上的创新是把对人的思想政治素质教育的要求具体化,提出大力弘扬社会主义核心价值体系;在思想政治教育方针原则上的创新是正确认识和处理了先进思想与其它社会思想的关系,提出了用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮的科学论断;在思想政治教育方式方法上的创新是首次提出了思想政治教育要注重心理疏导、以文化人、实践养成和机制保证。报告丰富了思想政治教育的基本理论,为新时期思想政治教育的开展指明了方向,也为思想政治教育学增添了新的内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Party’s report are 17 of our party to unite and lead people of all nationalities with Chinese characteristics, unswervingly take the socialist road, in the new historical starting point to continue to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics of the Political Declaration and Program of Action. It is not only on China’s socialist modernization, reform and opening up an important guiding significance, but also the guidance of China’s ideological and political education of important documents. The report has been reviewed and summed up the reform and opening up the ideological and political education on the basis of valuable experience, combined with the new situation, sum up new experiences, and future of the current ideological and political education work demands a lot of innovation.This paper reports about the focus of ideological and political education mission, principles and methods of innovation made a preliminary study and explore, with the aim of these innovations theory into the ideological and political education to create a new situation in the theory of guidance to promote ideological and political education to better adapt to the new situation, to a new level, while the rich ideological and political education disciplines. Research methods in this article has mainly taken the document retrieval method, research method and sum up experience.I come to the conclusion through research are: 17 report in the succession of ideological and political education of our party based on the basic principles, combined with the current new situation and new tasks, but also made a number of innovative perspectives. The report focused on the ideological and political education on innovative mission is to put people’s ideological and political quality of the education requirements specific to vigorously carry forward the socialist core value system; in the ideological and political education on innovative principles are to correctly understand and deal with the treatment of advanced thought of the idea with other social relations, proposed by the socialist core value system of social thought to lead a scientific thesis; At the ideological and political education on innovative ways and means are proposed for the first time the ideological and political education should pay attention to psychological to cultural practice and develop a mechanism to ensure that. The report has enriched the idea of the basic theory of political education, ideological and political education for the development of a clear direction, as well as ideological and political education has added new content.更多还原
