【摘要】 新时期,在党中央的高度重视和正确指导下,通过高校党组织和党务工作人员的积极努力,我国大学生党建工作取得了重大的成果。但是,随着世界经济全球化和我国社会主义市场经济建设的深入发展,给大学生党建工作提出了新的时代要求。面对新世纪、新阶段出现的新情况、新问题,高校党组织必须以中国特色社会主义理论体系为指导,深入学习实践科学发展观,贯彻落实党的十七大精神,加强对大学生党建工作的研究,提升大学生党建工作的理论水平,不断进行理念创新和机制创新,有效激发大学生党建工作的活力,提高学生党组织的凝聚力、战斗力,对于把青年大学生培养成为合格的社会主义事业建设者和接班人,具有十分重大的意义。全文共分四部分。第一部分,阐述本论文的选题背景及意义,文献回顾和论文的研究思路;第二部分,通过调查问卷分析大学生党建工作现状,包括新时期大学生党建工作取得的成绩和存在的问题;第三部分,从社会环境、高校教育体制改革和党建工作队伍自身素质三方面分析大学生党建工作存在问题的原因;第四部分,针对大学生党建工作中存在的问题,研究相应的对策,指出要明确大学生党建工作的指导思想,从思想建设、组织建设、作风建设和制度建设等方面入手,加强和改进大学生党建工作,开创大学生党建工作新局面。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new period, our country college student party building work has made the significant progress because of the Communist Party of China (CPC ) Central Committee attaches great importance as well as through the university party organization and the party affairs staff’s great effort. However, with the globalization of the world economy and China’s socialist market economy construction’s thorough development, the party building work set the new time request for the college student. Facing the new situation and new problems at the new stage, colleges and universities party should guide with theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, as well as in-depth study and practice the Scientific Outlook on Development and the implementation of the 17 greatest spirits of party to strengthen party building in college students the work of research. It is significant to educate the young students to become qualified socialist constructors and successors. The reinforcement in the study on it makes stronger the improvement in cohesive force and fighting force of students’party organization as well as enhancing the work of party building the theoretical level, continuously innovation on the concept and mechanism, effective party-building work to stimulate the vitality of college students.Full thesis is divided into four parts. The first part of the thesis topics of the background and significance of the dissertation, together with literature review and research ideas. In the second part, analysis the work of party building the status of college students through questionnaire, including college students the work of party building in the new period’s achievements and problems. The part three, from the social environment, higher education reform and the work of party building standards for the quality analysis of three aspects of the work of party building college students question the reasons for existence. In part four, countermeasures are worked out, according to the existed problems. It should be pointed out that members should develop scientific idea to do the work from the aspects of ideological, organizational, stylistic and systematic building to reinforce and improve the work and creating a new situation on the work of college students party building.更多还原
