【摘要】 以党的十一届三中全会召开为标志,我国进入了一个新的历史时期。随着我国改革开放的逐步深入,经济发展进入了一个新的阶段。随着利益关系的变化和利益格局的不断调整,在经济社会获得巨大进步的同时出现了利益冲突等不和谐状态。这种不和谐的状态就是新时期的社会矛盾。新时期的社会矛盾,是指在人们根本经济利益一致的基础上由于局部的、非根本的利益冲突而产生的矛盾,新时期社会矛盾在性质上属于人民内部矛盾,新时期社会矛盾大多是发生在经济领域的物质利益矛盾。城乡差距逐渐扩大、地区差距逐渐扩大、行业差距逐渐扩大是新时期社会矛盾的主要表现。化解新时期社会矛盾、建设和谐社会,归根到底是对社会关系特别是社会利益关系的调整。物质利益关系是新时期社会矛盾产生的根本原因。因此调节利益关系是化解新时期社会矛盾的重要途径。一个正常运转的社会,其调整社会关系和利益关系的手段应该是多样化的,离不开法律调节、也离不开伦理调节。经济伦理作为一种软约束,是化解新时期社会矛盾的重要力量。经济伦理,是指人们从事经济活动所必须遵循的伦理道德准则,是调节和规范人们经济活动的一系列伦理原则和道德规范。经济伦理具有协调经济关系和经济活动的独特功能:第一,制度层面经济伦理的功能,表现为提高制度效率,降低制度创新成本,促进和完善社会的公平分配,经济制度伦理是确保社会分配“公平正义”的重要调节方式;第二,企业层面经济伦理的功能,表现为有利于企业行为的规范和现代企业制度的建立,有利于健全和完善我国的经济秩序,形成良好的社会经济秩序。协调社会效益与企业经济效益实现双赢互惠;第三,个体层面经济伦理的功能,表现为经济伦理对个体意识具有规范作用。不仅为个体伦理提供导向和指导,而且对个体行为具有外部约束力。本文旨在研究新时期社会矛盾化解中的经济伦理功能。构建和谐社会的过程就是不断化解社会矛盾的过程,正确处理新时期人民内部矛盾,尤其是人民内部物质利益矛盾,必须善于发挥经济伦理的功能和作用。在化解新时期社会矛盾过程中,经济伦理具有多方面、不可替代的特殊功能。首先,经济伦理在化解社会矛盾中具有导向功能。经济伦理在化解社会矛盾过程中通过经济伦理原则和道德规范的规定性来实施导向功能,使社会利益得到合理的分配。其次,经济伦理在化解社会矛盾中具有协调功能。协调利益使经济伦理协调的重要内容。经济伦理通过道德原则协调经济活动中企业利益、个人利益和社会利益的关系,从而化解经济矛盾。最后,经济伦理在化解新时期社会矛盾中具有激励功能。经济伦理通过对企业和个人的激励,使企业和个人更好地履行社会责任,从而构建和谐社会。更多还原

The process of building a harmonious society is the continuous process of resolving social conflicts, deal with right internal contradictions among the people in the new period, in particular, material conflicts of interest among the people, we must be good to play the function of the economy and the role of ethics. To resolve social contradictions in the process of the new era, economic ethics has many special features can not be replaced. First of all, the economic ethics of society in resolving conflicts with function-oriented. Economic ethics in the process of resolving social conflicts through economic ethical principles and moral standards to implement the provisions of function-oriented, so that society can get a reasonable distribution of benefits. Secondly, the economic ethics of society in resolving conflicts with co-ordination. Coordination of the economic benefits of essential ethics content coordination. Economic ethics and moral principles through the coordination of economic activities in the business interests, personal interests and the interests of society, in order to resolve the economic contradictions.
