学分制下教学资源优化配置研究

【摘要】 学分制作为一种新型的教学管理制度,根本上是一种体现以生为本、因材施教、张扬个性和奖优汰劣等特性的教学运行机制。国内外实施学分制的诸多实践和经验表明:学分制是一种有利于创新型人才与复合型人才培养的教学管理制度。然而,在学分制的实施过程中,教学资源的配置问题成为制约大学教学管理的一个瓶颈。目前,学者们对高校教学资源配置问题的研究,多数还只是从配置主体的视角出发,对高校教学资源的整合、利用效率及其优化配置等方面展开研究。本文则尝试着另辟蹊径,选择学生的视角,以新型的教学管理制度——学分制为切入点,通过对个案的剖析,对大学教学资源优化配置问题进行研究。本研究的逻辑脉络是:在总结已有研究成果的基础上,通过对实行学分制多年的江西某高校(文章称作M大学)实施问卷调查和个案访谈,发现其教学资源配置中存在的一些问题,然后深究产生这些问题的主要原因并对原因进行简单分析,最后针对发现的问题以及找出的原因,提出相应的优化对策。

【Abstract】 As a new type of teaching management system, the credit system has fundamentally embodied the teaching running mechanism of“regarding students as foundation”, individualized instruction, promoting personality and awarding excellent & eliminating inferior. A lot of practice and experience at home and abroad demonstrate that the credit system is a teaching management system which is in favor of cultivating innovative and inter-disciplinary talent.However, the allocation of teaching resources is a bottleneck of restricting the teaching management at many universities. Currently, as for the allocation problem of higher education resources, the majority of scholars do the research relating to the integration of teaching resources, unitizing efficiency and optimizing the resources basing on the allocation subject perspective. The following article is so different from them. With the breakthrough point of new teaching management system ---credit system, standing on the perspective of students, the author analyses how to allocate teaching resources optimally in university through a case study.The logic of the research can be listed as follows: firstly, basing on the previous achievement, the author finds the problem about the allocation of the teaching resources through the interview and investigation to a university in JiangXi province which has executed the credit system for many years (Called M University in the text). Then as for these problems, the author researches deeply and analyses the main reasons. Finally, the article puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing the allocation of the teaching resources.
