基于Matlab的水射流冲击靶体声音信号提取与分析研究

【摘要】 高压水射流技术作为一门新兴学科,已广泛应用于煤炭、石油、化工等行业部门。作为目前唯一的一种冷切割加工手段,高压水射流尤其适用于易燃易爆等危险环境下作业,特别是在军事应用方面,现已经开展了大量的相关理论和实验研究,例如销毁废弃炮弹、切割地雷等。声音识别技术主要是利用目标(声源)在运动过程中产生的声波,对目标进行识别,也广泛的应用于现代军事中,例如坦克、潜艇、飞机识别等。本论文在充分结合高压水射流技术和声音识别技术的基础上,利用高压水射流冲击靶体(地雷)声音对靶体(地雷)进行识别的技术开展了初步的研究工作。现有的探雷技术已经非常丰富:金属探雷、红外成像探雷、化学分析探雷、声波探雷、自动化探雷、雷达系统探雷、核四极矩共振法探雷等。本文开展的利用高压水射流冲击声音识别靶体(地雷)的研究是作为高压水射流在切割靶体(地雷)试验工作的延伸和拓展,为高压水射流技术提供了新的应用方向,也为利用高压水射流技术连贯完成探雷、排雷,提供了有益尝试。本论文主要做了以下几面工作:分析了探雷技术、高压水射流技术以及声音识别的技术国内外发展和研究现状;阈述了高压水射流和声音识别的基本原理,利用声音测量技术和计算机接口技术,构筑了高压水射流冲击靶体的噪声信号采集硬件系统,编写了相应的测试软件,实现了对水射流冲击靶体(地雷)噪声信号的数据采集;利用小波技术对靶体(地雷)的高压水射流冲击信号进行了信号消噪、特征提取等分析处理。研究结果表明,按照论文设计的实验方式和信号分析方法,可以通过声音信号的分析对靶体(地雷)进行初步判断。今后,在继续充实和完善研究方法和手段的基础上,高压水射流冲击靶体(地雷)声音识别技术完全可以运用于实际排雷工作。

【Abstract】 High Pressure Water Jet has been widely used in coal、petroleum、chemicals and so on , and as the only means of cold cutting, high pressure water jet is especially suited for the flammable explosive environment。Especially in military applications, it has carried out a lot of related research such as the destruction of discarded shells and mines. Sound recognition technique is also widely used in modern military, such as tanks, submarines, aircraft recognition and so on. The thesis combine the high pressure water jet technology with the voice recognition technology,carried out preliminary research on identify mines by sound recognition technique.Now it have been a lot of mine-detection technology ,for example by metal,Infrared Image,the chemical analyzing, automatic detection, acoustic sounding , radar observation, nuclear quadruple resonance and so on. The thesis carried out the research about identify target using the voice produced by high pressure water jet impact on recognition targets (mines), is the extension and expansion of the research about high pressure water jet cutting the target (mine) . The study has opened up new application channels for the high-pressure water jet technology,as well as provides a useful attempt for detection and destruction mine coherently used of high pressure water jet technology.The thesis has mainly done the following job in several aspects: analyzed recent research or the mine detection, high pressure water jet and sound distinguish both at home and abroad; described the basic principles of high pressure water jet and sound recognition; Based on the technologies of sound intensity measurement and computer interface,this dissertation made a hardware sys1em and a corresponding measurement software for sound signal acquisition, and completed noise acquisition procedure; Disposing noise and extracting feature of signals are carried on through using wavelet transform technique.The results show that we can make preliminary judge through the voice signal on the target (mine) according to the experimental methods and signal analysis methods designed by this thesis.If we continuing to enrich and improve the research methods and means, the voice recognition technology base on high pressure water jet can be used actually.
