大学生日常生活行为与大学集聚区社会空间结构研究

【摘要】 随着经济的发展,人类的注意力日益转向微观个人,人类不仅关心城市公共设施的服务性,关心城市的可持续发展性,更关注自身生活质量的提高,关注城市道路系统的便捷性与安全性,关注个人生活满足,因此研究人文活动现象规律的人文地理学逐渐采用更加微观的人类活动研究方法来研究城市。城市人是城市的主体,城市的形象、结构、发展与变迁,都是城市人作用的结果。城市人的日常生活体系构成了城市活动体系,因此城市人的日常活动体系对城市各个方面的发展都有影响。“以人为本”的经营理念提出后,从人的角度研究城市成为热潮。1990年,随着知识经济、信息经济的到来,各国、各企业开始争抢拥有知识、信息的高级人才。为了满足社会的需要,国内各大学校开始扩招,大学生的数量逐年增加,许多城市出现了大学集聚区。接受了先进思想、先进文化的大学生的生活方式与其他居民的生活方式有很大区别,并且其生活区域的空间结构也有其独特的一面。本文针对大学生日常生活行为—生活空间结构进行分析,在城市社会—生活空间结构原理的基础上,初步探讨大学生社会行为模式与大学集聚区社会空间结构,继而构建出大学生日常生活行为模式,归纳出大学生对城市社会的认知规律,并比较大学集聚区社会空间结构与其他区域社会空间结构的差异。本研究对优化现有大学集聚区社会空间结构,指导正在发展的大学城文化区、商业区,协调大学生与当地居民、当地经济发展的关系具有一定的实践价值;有助于全面、动态地理解城市社会与大学生生活的整体情况,有助于从个人活动系统的层次上确认城市空间结构演化阶段,有助于认识城市空间体系的形成;把时间地理学、行为地理学的方法应用于中国城市的实证研究对城市设施规划以及城市交通规划具有重要的实践意义,另外,其研究成果也为各级职能机构制定政策提供信息和依据。本文共有六部分,其中三、四、五部分是重点内容第一部分是绪论,主要内容是大学生日常生活行为模式和大学集聚区社会空间结构这一研究问题的提出、研究背景、研究意义、研究目的、研究方法、论文创新之处和国内外研究综述。第二部分是理论基础,对消费者行为理论、社会空间结构理论、时间地理学理论进行理论概括。第三部分是研究大学生日常生活行为特征和节奏。首先介绍了研究区域概况对日常生活行为、大学生日常生活行为以及城市生活体系进行了界定。通过分析西安市雁塔区六所不同性质大学的大学生日常生活行为调查数据,研究大学生日常生活行为类型、时空特征和节奏。第四部分是大学生日常生活行为活动规律。研究大学生日常生活行为的信息场和利用场,重点研究大学生购物和娱乐信息场和利用场。另外,探讨了大学生日常生活行为模式的影响因素。第五部分是大学集聚区社会空间结构的研究,主要是研究西安市雁塔区的社会空间结构,在与其它区域社会空间结构对比的基础上,探讨西安市大学集聚区发展的制约因素,并构建出大学集聚区的发展模式。最后归纳出大学集聚区社会空间结构的特点,为大学集聚区商业发展、城市规划提供决策依据。第六部分是结论和讨论。总结了本文的基本结论,指出了本文研究的不足及今后需进一步研究之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with economic development, human’s attention Increasingly turn to the Micro-individual,human beings Not only concern services of urban public facilities, but also concern the sustainable development of cities, what’s more they are more concerned about improving their own lives’ quality, the town road systems’ convenience and security ,and concerned for meeting of the personal life. Thus human geography, whose’ Content is study on the phenomenon and law of human activity, applies a more microscopic approach of human activities to study urban. The urban residents are the main body of the urban, the city’s image, structure, development and changes all are the efforts of urban Residents. The daily life system of urban Residents constitutes the urban system, which affects in all aspects of urban development. Since the "people-oriented" business philosophy is proposed, research from the perspective of human becomes a hot theme for the urban. In 1990, with the advent of the knowledge-based and the information economy, States, and all enterprises begin to grabbing for person who has the high-level talented in the knowledge and information. In order to meet the needs of the society, the school began major expansion, the number of students increased every year, and many cities emerged University concentration areas University students’ way of life, due to acceptance of advanced thinking and advanced culture, is different from other residents’ way of life, and their space structure of living region have its own unique side.The paper analyses university students’ daily life behavior—life spatial structure .On the basis of urban society - life spatial structure principle, preliminary study the social behavior patterns of university students and the space structure of University centralized area. And build a pattern of Students ’daily life, then summed up the students’ Cognitive Law about urban society, finally compare University concentration area’ social space structure with other regions.This study has some practical value. It optimizes the existing social space structure of university concentration area, gives directions to the being developed University City cultural areas and commercial areas, and Coordinate the relationship of the university students, local residents, and local economic development. It’s helpful to comprehensive and dynamic understanding the overall situation of the urban social and college students’ life, meanwhile, Contribute to confirm the evolutionary phase of urban spatial structure, and make for understanding the formation of urban space system. The research methods which have been in Behavioral Geography and Time Geography can be applied to empirical studies of Chinese cities, so they have important practical significance to urban infrastructure planning and urban transport planning .In addition, the results of their research can provide information and foundation for functional organization to formulate Policies.There are six parts in this paper, in which three, four and five parts are key components.The first part is Introduction, mainly contains the raise of the research problem of daily behavior model of college students and spatial structure of university centralized area ,research background, study significance, research objective, research methods, the innovation of the paper and research review in home and abroad.The second part is the basic theories. It generalizes the theory of consumer behavior, the theory of social spatial structure and time geography in theoretically.The third part studies the behavioral characteristics and the rhythm of the college students’ daily life. First of all, describes the study areas, then defines the conception of behavior of the daily life, university students’ daily life behavior ,as well as System of urban life. Through analysis of survey data which includes university students’ daily life behavior in six different types of universities, Xi’an Yanta District, studies the behavior type, spatial-temporal characters and rhythm of the students ’daily life.The fourth part is the law of the college students ’activities in the daily life, studies the information field and use field of the students ’behaviors in daily life. To be more precise, the key places of them to the study are the shopping and entertainment fields. In addition, discusses the influence factors of behavior patterns in daily life.The fifth part researches the social spatial structure of university centralized area, or rather the social spatial structure of Yanta District in Xi’an. Based on the comparison with social spatial structure of other regions .explore the restrict factors of Xi’an university centralized area, then build a new pattern for the university centralized area development. Finally, sum up the characters of social special structure of university centralized area, so as to provide decision-making principles for the urban planning and Commercial development of the University centralized area.The final Part is the conclusion and discussion , Sum the basic conclusions of this paper and points out the shortcomings and the issues needed to further study.更多还原
