地表超前预注浆技术在治理隧道浅埋偏压破碎带中的应用研究

【摘要】 隧道开挖的安全性始终是隧道建设者面临的重大而又艰巨的难题,隧道岩质的好坏对隧道开挖的安全性起着决定性作用,故当隧道岩质较差且含水量较大时,采取必要的预支护措施显得尤为必要。论文针对天汕高速广福隧道的实际情况,开展了超前地表预注浆技术在隧道浅埋偏压破碎带的应用研究。论文中利用ANSYS有限元分析法对浅埋偏压破碎带注浆和不注浆两种情况进行了受力和变形两方面的模拟分析,通过此两种工况的监控量测与模拟结果对比,表明注浆方案合理,注浆加固效果明显。论文研究工作对以后超前地表预注浆的实施有指导和借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 It is an important and difficult problem of the tunnel carving safety for every tunnel constructor .The rock of tunnel determinates the tunnel carving safety. So when the rock is bad and the water content is big, it is extremely important of necessary pre-support method .According to Guangfu tunnel of Tianshan highway, the paper carries out the study of pre-support method in the surrounding rock under the status of shallow cover layer and oblique load.Finite element simulation analysis is used to analyze the difference of the grouting and the un-grouting under the status of shallow cover layer and oblique load .Then analyzing the strain and the deformation from the simulation analysis. Contrasting the results of the finite element simulation analysis and the tunnel monitoring control for the estimation of the grouting effect, it is indicated that the grouting case is proper and the reinforce effect is obvious. The study of paper is instructive and worthy of learning.
