旧路面使用性能评价与预估方法研究

【摘要】 为了解现有路面使用状况,采取合适的维修方案,科学分配养护资金,并最大限度的利用已有道路资源,对路面使用性能进行合理、科学的评价与预测具有重要现实意义。本文在综合分析了旧路面使用性能影响因素、现有评价和预测方法存在的不足的基础上,以结构承载力、路面平整度、破损状况及抗滑能力四大因素为主线,考虑路面罩面及加铺的工程实际,充分利用新型无损检测手段,引入改进后的参数对路面工作性能进行评定,并利用神经网络和遗传算法技术对路面性能进行长期预测,利用断裂力学理论预估了旧水泥路面和沥青加铺层的疲劳寿命,为路面加铺改造设计、施工、养护、维修等提供有力的帮助。本文主要进行了如下五个方面的研究工作:(1)综合分析总结常用旧路面使用性能单项指标及其评价方法,分析其可取之处与存在的不足;(2)提出改进后旧水泥混凝土路面使用性能单项指标及评价方法,考虑了板体脱空、接缝传荷能力等各种直接制约并决定加铺和养护方案的因素,同时研究了旧混凝土板破损的处理方法和措施,重点研究了不同坏板率情况下所应采取的措施,首次利用层次分析法判定了一个路段采取打碎处理时相应的坏板率;(3)重新分配指标权重,提出新的综合评价方法;(4)以工程实例验证改进后的路面使用性能评价指标与方法;(5)利用遗传算法与人工神经网络优缺点互补的特点,建立了混合遗传神经网络预测模型,并以工程实体为例加以验证。

【Abstract】 In order to know the existing condition of pavement, adopt suitable maintenance scheme, distribute maintenance capital scientifically, and use the existing road resource to the highest limit, the scientific and reasonable appraisement and forecast of pavement performance is of important realistic meaning.Basing on the comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of original pavement performance and insufficiency of existing appraisement and forecast method, rounding with bearing capacity, road smoothness, breakage condition and skidding resistance, considering the finishing coating and overlay of pavement, the paper makes full use of new nondestructive detection means, appraises the pavement performance using the improvement parameter, and carries out long-term forecast using Genetic Algorithms and Neural Network for the property of road surface, and the results provide great help for the design , construction, maintenance and repair etc. of the pavement overlaying.The paper studies mainly on five aspects: (1) comprehensively analyzes the currently used individual index and its assessment technique of old pavement performance, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. (2) puts forward the improved individual index and its assessment technique of old cement concrete pavement performance, having considered slab body to take off, ability to deliver loads of joint gap and etc. which directly restrict and decide the overlay and maintenance scheme, at the same time, it studies measurement and the processing technique of old concrete slab breakage; (3) redistribute index weight, raising new comprehensive assessment technique; (4) verify the improved appraisement index and method of pavement performance with project example; (5)according to the feature that Genetic Algorithms and Neural Network with good shortcoming complementary, the paper establishes the forecast model with mix Genetic Algorithms and Neural Network, and verifies with project substance as example.
