流态可视化技术研究

【摘要】 该论文针对管流流态测量,运用可视化的手段研究信号传输速度和处理能力、图像的动态性能以及显示图像的清晰度。选题涉及光学照明系统设计;图像获取和图像处理技术在流态检测上的应用。本文的研究工作和取得的创新性成果主要如下:(1)该论文研究了光学照明系统结构。选择了一种新方法来获得激光片光源,消除了前期采集目标模糊的问题,提高了流态图像的清晰程度。(2)利用CCD摄像机获取管道内多相流的流动图像,有效地解决了管流流态可视化动态性能差,画面连续性不好的技术问题。适合于在线实时检测多相流流态。(3)该论文将运动物体跟踪的方法应用于流态图像的处理上。使用三个图像特征量作为衡量图像相减结果的依据,实验证明了这三个特征量分别对物体检测结果的贡献。(4)利用图像处理技术提取图像的边缘特征,根据图像特征,以检测多相流的各种参数。

【Abstract】 The paper used visual means to study the speed and capacity of signal transmission, the dynamic properties and clarity of image. The topic related to optical system design, image acquisition and image processing technology. The study and main results are as follows:(1) The paper studies the structure of the optical illumination system, choose a new method to obtain laser-light source, eliminate the pre-acquisition target vague problems, and enhance the clarity of the image.(2) The paper uses CCD camera to get the flow of images in multiphase flow pipeline. It is an effective solution to cope with the poor dynamic performance and continuity of screen. It is suitable for online real-time detection of multiphase flow state.(3) The paper apply moving object tracking method in fluid image processing. Use three image features as a measure of image subtraction. The experiment proved their contribution.(4) Using image processing technology to get the edge of the image characteristics, According to image features, It detects the various parameters of multiphase flow.
