高阳电荷密度聚合物在高得率浆抄造中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着全球木材资源短缺匮乏,以废纸和不同工艺生产的高得率浆为主的新型抄造工艺研究越来越受到造纸工作者的重视。针对高得率浆的纤维较短、强度较差及留着性差等特点,本论文对高得率浆抄造性能进行了大量研究。首先,对高得率浆不同助留助滤体系进行了考察。研究了不同助剂的单元、二元、三元体系,考察了高阳离子聚合物的用量、电导率、pH值对三元体系的助留助滤性能的影响。研究表明:CGG和HCS微粒体系对高得率浆有较好的助留助滤效果;但是HCS-CPAM-膨润土微粒体系对高得率浆助留助滤效果最好。当HCS用量为0.8%,CPAM用量为0.08%,膨润土加入0.8%时,三元体系对HYP的助留助滤效果最好。此时,阔叶木高得率浆的留着率和20s内滤水量分别为98.07%和860g;而针叶木高得率浆的留着率和20s内滤水量分别为98.03%、886g。其次,在考察高得率浆助留助滤体系的基础上,研究了HCS-CPAM-膨润土和HCS-胶体硅微粒体系对高得率浆光学和强度性能的影响。结果表明,加入微粒体系后,纸张白度有所下降,而其它性能变化不明显。再次,还研究了HCS-CPAM-膨润土和HCS-胶体硅微粒体系对高得率浆AKD施胶性能的影响。研究表明:HCS/CPAM/膨润土三元助留系统的施胶效果最好,纸张熟化后施胶度达到115s,比空白高71s。论文还对不同高阳离子聚合物作为AKD施胶促进剂做了研究。结果表明,在阔叶木AKD施胶中,加入PEI、PVAm、PA三种阳离子聚合物,PEI对AKD施胶效果的促进作用最明显。
【Abstract】 With the global wood material absent, papermaker paid more attention to novel papermaking process with recycled paper and high-yield pulp. The HYP (high yield pulp) fiber with short size, poor strength and bad retention properties had been studied in this paper.Firstly, a few HYP retention systems were investigated, such as single, dual and ternary retention system, and the factors affecting the retention and drainage of HYP papermaking of the ternary retention system, such as cationic polymer dosage, conductivity, pH were studied. The results showed that the CGG and HCS microparticle system had good retention and drainage, but the HCS-CPAM-bentonite ternary retention system had the best retention and drainage. When the dosages of HCS, CPAM, bentonite were 0.8%,0.08%, 0.8% respectively, the maximum values of the retention and drainage of high yield pulp were 98.07% and 860g per 20 seconds for HWHYP,98.03% and 886g per 20 seconds for SWHYP.Secondly, the effect of microparticle retention and drainage system on strength of paper sheets was studied. The brightness of handsheets decreased and other optical and strength properties changed slightly.Thirdly, the effect of additives in microparticle retention and drainage system on HYP sizing was studied. The results showed that the HCS-CPAM-bentonite ternary retention system had positive influence on sizing of handsheets and the sizing degree could reach at 115s, which increased by 71s compared to the control sample.At the last stage, various high cationic polymers were studied as the enhancing agent of AKD sizing agent. The results showed that when adding PEI, PVAm, PA into pulp, PEI could enhance AKD sizing distinctly after aging.
