【摘要】 中国城市化进程的加快,建设用地需求的增大使城市空间扩展速度愈发明显,城市边缘区的绿地动态显著。由于该地区的绿地动态不仅可以完善建成区绿地系统,为居民提供游憩场所,而且还可有效优化整个城市甚至区域的绿地空间格局,进而实现更大的生态价值。因此,对城市边缘区绿地动态的过程以及城乡规划对其进行有效调控的方法研究,对进一步加强城乡规划对城市绿地系统的调控功效,具有重要的现实意义。本文以广州市为例,以城市空间扩展的边缘区为主要研究范围、以绿地格局为研究视角、以实现城市绿地格局的边缘演进为目标、把城乡规划协同作为最终落脚点,从城市空间和绿地空间的“图底”关系出发,对城市空间扩展及绿地格局边缘演化的特征作了研究及定量化分析和评价,结果表明城市空间扩展对绿地格局边缘演化具有扩散(破碎)——填充(替代)——推移(外推)的时空特征,其可使边缘绿地面积减少,但绿地格局反而有可能被优化;广州城市绿地格局边缘演化中存在边缘绿地景观生态功能趋弱、持续破碎且不断扩散、对绿地格局优化支持功能不足等问题,提出通过完善规划控制体系和绿地系统规划层次及协同各层次规划与管理等途径促进城市绿地格局边缘持续演进;最终探讨了城市绿地格局边缘演进的规划协同方法,指出广州相关规划可以依据规划尺度、规划深度、规划作用的不同,通过明晰规划目标、明确规划对象、内容和完善规划管理等几个方面,协同保障广州城市绿地格局的边缘演进。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid urban space expansion caused by the acceleration of urbanization in china leads to dynamic changes of green space in urban fringe districts, which play a significant role in providing people with recreation space, bringing ecological benefit by optimizing the green space system in built-up area, and even in the city and region. Therefore, the research on the dynamic process of green space in urban fringe districts and the method of regulation and control of it by urban-rural planning will have practical significance on the effect of urban-rural planning.This paper take the city of Guangzhou as an example, the fringe districts of urban space expansion as the main study area, optimizing the urban green space pattern with which in urban fringe districts as research objective and the urban-rural planning collaboration as the end point. By analyzing the interrelation between urban space expansion and green space pattern fringe-involution and their features, it indicates that urban space expansion will reduce area of the green space, but not necessarily the quality of pattern and it has a fragment-replace-extend influence on green space pattern fringe-involution. The weakened landscape ecological function, fragmentation and inadequate support to urban green space pattern of the green space in urban fringe districts are the main problems in the process of green space pattern fringe-evolution in Guangzhou, it should complete the planning system and green space system planning level, cooperate with urban-rural planning on each level and planning management to promote fringe-development of urban green space pattern.At last, the paper explores the collaborative way of urban-rural planning and points out that the urban-rural planning in Guangzhou can collaborate in respect of objectives, object, content and planning management to motivate fri nge-development of urban green space pattern.更多还原
