反射波法护栏立柱检测的特性分析

【摘要】 目前国内高等级公路施工中一再出现的质量问题引起了各方面的关注,尤其是涉及车辆行驶安全最后一道防线的护栏,由于生产、施工单位的偷工减料行为,使新建成的高速公路存在各种质量问题,给行车安全造成极大威胁。施工监理单位及质检机构由于缺乏必要的监督检测手段,采用的检测仪器与方法只能对护栏的镀锌层厚度、立柱垂直度及护栏线型等进行监督检查,对立柱内部质量、长度与埋深等无法进行现场无损检测。鉴于成本的原因在施工过程中及施工完成后只能进行随机抽样检测,对护栏立柱采取的则是拔桩检验的方法,抽检概率过低。本文首先对基桩动测与反射波法的发展、现状及其理论基础进行了分析与介绍,介绍了基桩动测技术的发展现状及其优缺点,以及一些常见桩型容易出现的质量问题。然后参照反射波法基桩完整性测试,利用Matlab/Simulink计算机仿真,对反射波法护栏立柱检测进行了仿真,得到了相应的波形图,并对其进行了分析,探讨当激振力脉冲宽度,加载形式发生变化时相应的反射波曲线变化特性,并对时域波形进行影响分析,总结相应的各种缺陷特征的反射波法检测判读技巧,提供了判断缺陷类型、确定缺陷位置的方法。

Construction supervision and quality inspection agency units because of the lack of testing means necessary, the use of apparatus and methods of detection can only be galvanized on the barrier thickness, vertical column and linear barrier such as supervision and inspection, internal quality of column length and depth and so can not conduct on-site non-destructive testing. In view of the reasons for the cost of the construction process and construction can only be conducted after the completion of random testing, post on the barrier is taken out of the pile test methods, sampling probability is too low.This article first Pile dynamic testing and the development of reflection wave method, the status quo and its theoretical analysis with the basic introduction, the introduction of Pile dynamic testing technology and its advantages and disadvantages of the status quo, as well as some common pile type prone to the quality of problems. And the light of reflected wave method of foundation pile testing, use of Matlab / Simulink computer simulation of the reflected wave method Detected column barrier simulation, the waveform of the corresponding map, and analyzed to explore the exciting force when the pulse width , to load the corresponding changes in the form of the reflected wave changes characteristic curve, and the impact of time-domain waveform analysis, the corresponding sum up the characteristics of a variety of defects detected reflected wave interpretation skills to determine deficiencies in providing the type of method to determine the location of defects .
