剪叉式液压升降台参数化设计及结构分析

【摘要】 剪叉式液压升降台从过去引进技术的合资生产到现在自主品牌的国产化,由于设计计算方法不尽完善,导致产品过于笨重。产品的开发方面现代设计方法的应用研究还远不够发展,传统的机构分析和设计方法已无法满足产品性能的提高。本文通过分析,将剪叉式液压升降台按其结构划分成不同的组件模块,推导建立各个模块求解计算的理论解析式,利用Visual C++ 6.0进行编程,开发起升工作装置设计、仿真与分析系统;并在SolidWorks平台上进行二次开发,实现了该类产品的虚拟制造技术。论文着重阐述了以下几方面的内容:1、基于杆组分析法的理论计算建立了用杆组分析法对起升机构运动分析和受力分析的杆组数学模型。编写有源杆组的运动分析与受力分析子程序,不仅准确快捷、调用方便,而且对不同类型的起升机构都具有通用性。2、建立液压升降台的数学模型分析液压升降台的结构特征,依对称性按油缸推动剪叉数量将液压升降台分为一油缸推动一副剪叉、一油缸推动两副剪叉和一油缸推动三副剪叉三种基本模块,然后利用虚功原理推导出三种基本模块的理论计算公式。3、开发液压升降台辅助设计软件在对液压升降台数学模型的充分分析基础上,以面向对象的VC++6.0为开发工具,编制一套界面友好,功能齐全应用于剪叉式液压升降台的计算机辅助设计软件。4、特征建模和参数化设计技术与实现方法的研究论述特征建模的概念、特点及过程;参数化设计的特点、参数化模型;研究基于SolidWorks二次开发技术的参数化设计。

【Abstract】 The production technology of scissors elevating platform in the past is mainly from joint investment intruduction,though the technology is localization now,as the reckoning of design is not perfect and inproved ,lead to the product is excessively heavy and cumbersome.In the terms of produces of the product ,the application and study of modern design is fairly lackable and not developed,the worse is traditional analysis and design procedures already have no way to satisfy the properties of products rise.The thesis deals with the scissors elevating platform which divided in structure by layer through analysis,then gives theoretical devivation of applied force acting on difference types of hydraulic lifting platform ,the formula of correspond type would be deduced .By the use of Visual C++6.0,a lift working device system including design,simulate and analysis can be worked out.The 3-D parameterization modeling of lift working device and assembling of them can be realized through the further developed of SolidWorks.1.Elaborate on the specific theory of the pole group theory.Create mathematical model of the link mechanism for movement analysis using rod group analysis.Build up a programming that can be used for the motion analysis and accepts a force to analysis a functional element of active pole group,the advance of the programming is not only rapid,easy to ues but also can be used in the different types of lifting mechanics.2.Creat mathematical model of the scissors elevating platformBy the reaserch,the mathematic model building the hydraulic pressure cage assembly analyses the hydraulic pressure cage assembly structure characteristic, the jar drives scissors fork quantity to divide hydraulic pressure cage assembly into one having the jar driving a set of scissors forks , one oil to drive two subsidiary scissors fork according to the symmetrical characteristic according to oil and one oil jar push third mate scissors fork three kind fundamental module, then make use of virtual meritorious service principle infer out three kind fundamental module theory secretly scheme against formula.3.exploitation a aided design software of scissor evelating platform. On the basis of perfect analysis of the scissor elevating platform, by making use of the object oriented VC++ 6.0,work out a set of computer-aided design softwre in the use of scissors elevating platform whose interface is amicable,function is all in readiness.4.Research on characteristic modeling, parameterized design technology and its implementation method.It discusses the conception, characteristic and procedure of characteristic modeling, the characteristic of parameterized design, parameterized model, and parameterized design of secondary development technology based on SolidWorks.
