【摘要】 目的:通过愈创熏洗1号方对混合痔术后创面愈合和肿痛的临床观察,寻求一种能促进痔术后创面愈合防治术后肿痛的中药熏洗剂。方法:采用随机分组,平行对照设计,共纳入32例混合痔病人,分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组16例采用愈创熏洗1号方坐浴,对照组16例采用皮肤康洗液坐浴。以两组术后创面愈合时间、痔术后水肿、术后创面疼痛、为主要观察指标,有无渗血渗液为次要观察指标,对结果进行统计学分析,P取0.05,以P≤0.05为有统计学意义。结果:两组术后创面愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组手术后第2、3天创面疼痛程度,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组术后疼痛持续平均时间、差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组术后水肿病例消失情况差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组有效率为93.75%,对照组有效率为68.75%,两组间比较p＜0.05,提示愈创熏洗1号方治疗组与皮肤康洗液对照组有明显差异。结论:愈创熏洗1号方治疗组与皮肤康洗液对照组比较,愈创熏洗1号方促进混合痔术后创面愈合及防治疼痛、减轻水肿、感染等方面临床疗效确切,优于对照组。本方可促进痔术后创面愈合,减轻患者术后肿痛的发生。更多还原

Treatment group has 93.75% efficiency, there is efficiency of the control group 68.75%, comparison between the two groups p<0.05, effect of treatment group prompted the affirmative, and Culture of skin lotion is better than the control group.Conclusion: Wound healing on the 1 st Fumigation treatment group and control group, skin lotion, Culture and Sport of comparison, Wound healing on the 1 st Washing mixed hemorrhoid promote wound healing and prevention of postoperative complications, including pain relief, reduce swelling, infection, etc. Clinical the exact effect, better than the control group. This may promote wound healing after hemorrhoid to reduce postoperative complications in patients with the occurrence.更多还原
