并联有源电力滤波器(SAPF)关键技术的应用研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着电力电子技术的发展,电力电子装置的应用越来越广,其产生的谐波和无功功率给电网带来的各种危害也越来越大。并联型有源电力滤波器作为一种新型的谐波、无功综合补偿系统,是电能质量领域一个研究的重点。目前,国内正期盼并联有源电力滤波器产品问世,它必将有力促进有源电力滤波器产业化的发展,因此对并联有源电力滤波器(SAPF)关键技术的应用研究已成为研究的最前沿的课题之一。本文系统地分析了并联有源电力滤波器的工作原理和发展现状。通过理论和仿真手段,对并联有源电力滤波器(SAPF)谐波补偿电流检测模块进行了设计,采用自适应谐波检测原理,通过改进的三相自适应谐波检测方法,达到良好的检测效果,同时结构简单,也易硬件实现。针对并联有源电力滤波器(SAPF)电流跟踪传统控制存在响应速度和精度不能较好的协调性问题,引入了空间矢量控制方法。把电压源逆变器件作为一个整体来考虑,在矢量控制空间中用有限的静止矢量去合成和跟踪调制波的空间旋转矢量,使合成矢量含调制波的信息,提高了跟踪的速度的同时,也提高了补偿的精度。采用能量PI控制取代传统PI控制有效地稳定了SAPF直流侧电压,同时对PI参数进行了设计,达到良好的控制效果。第一次把SAPF应用于立体车库系统中,针对特定负荷的SAPF实用化问题进行分析,包括主电路的选择,参数设计等等。建立有源滤波器和某企业立体车库系统的谐波模型,仿真考查有源滤波器的补偿效果。分别对特征负载和立体车库系统的谐波情况进行仿真分析,结果表明,所设计的并联型有源电力滤波器对电流谐波具有良好的补偿效果。本文对有源电力滤波器关键技术进行了应用研究,为今后SAPF装置的研制奠定了理论基础并提供了技术支持,将推动国内产业化的进一步发展。伴随着人们对电能质量要求的日益提高和电力电子技术的逐步完善,SAPF的应用前景将更加广阔。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of power electronics technology, power electronic devices have become an increasingly widespread application. They generate harmonic and reactive power which leads to variety of hazards of power grid by greater and greater. As a new kind of harmonic and reactive comprehensive compensation system, shunt active power filter (SAPF) is the focus of research in the field of power quality. Now, Product of SAPF is looking forward to come out in our country. It is bound to promote the industrialization development of APF. Therefore, applied research on the key technologies of SAPF has become one of the most cutting-edge issues of the most important research on SAPF.The working principle and developing situation of SAPF are systematic analyzed in this paper. Harmonic current detecting module of SAPF is designed with theory and simulating tools. Base on adaptive harmonic detecting principle, a good detecting effect by the improving three-phase adaptive harmonic detecting method, with simple structure and easy hardware implementation. In response to the problem with speed and accuracy of traditional current tracking control of SAPF can not be better co-ordination, the space vector control method is to draw into. The voltage inverter device is looked as a whole, in order to synthetic and track with space rotating vector of modulating wave with limited Static Vectors in the space of Vector control, So that the synthetic vector with information of modulation wave. The speed of the tracking is increased, also with the accuracy of compensating increased. The DC-side voltage is effectively stabilized control by used of PI control of energy instead of traditional PI control. At the same time, the PI parameters are designed to achieve good control. Meanwhile, SAPF applied to the three-dimensional parking system is the first time. The practical problems with using SAPF in specific load are analyzed, including the choice of Main circuit, parameters designed, and so on. SAPF model and the three-dimensional garage system harmonic model of an enterprise are to build up, in order to test the simulation results to the compensating effect with using SAPF. Simulated on the characteristics load and parking systems respectively, a good compensating effect with the SAPF designed to the current harmonic is showed.In this paper, applied research on the key technologies of SAPF is done, which has laid a theoretical foundation and provided technical support for the future developing with the device of SAPF to promote the further development of domestic industries.
