钢球研磨工艺的优化设计与研究

【摘要】 精密轴承钢球在现代工业中占有非常重要的地位,传统的研磨方式越来越难以满足其在加工精度和加工效率上的要求。精密轴承球的研磨加工技术己引起了众多学者的关注,提出了许多新的研磨方式和加工工艺。但这些加工方法或由于加工精度、加工效率不高,或由于机构和控制较复杂,难以应用于批量化生产。本文通过对钢球加工工艺、研磨原理等方面的研究,找出新的加工方案,提高钢球加工的效率和质量本文研究的主要内容有:1.分析不同研磨方式下球坯研磨的均匀性,找出各种研磨方式对钢球加工质量和效率产生的利弊,提出合理的、适用的方案,以便高效地加工出高质量的轴承钢球。2.钢球精密研磨属于游离磨粒切削加工,研究了钢球的成球机理和磨削机理。3.通过对钢球的运动学和动力学分析,运用MATLAB软件分析验证,提出了研磨盘沟槽偏置加工和阶梯形滚道研磨盘加工,运用两种加工方法,提高了钢球的加工质量和效率。4.设计了能够在研磨机床上拆卸的车削装置,减少了研磨盘修整后的安装误差,有利于提高钢球的加工效率和精度。

【Abstract】 Precise bearing steel-balls play a very important role in modern industry. The traditional lapping mode can not meet the requirement of processing accuracy and efficiency. A lot of scholars pay attention to the precise bearing steel-balls, and develop some new processing mode and processing technology. But they can hardly used in batch production for low lapping accuracy and efficiency, or complexity of the machine, or out of control.In this paper, a new processing program is found to improve processing efficiency and quality of the steel-ball, by the research of processing of steel-ball and principle of grinding.The main contents of this paper are:1. This paper analyses the homogeneity of ball billet grinding in different grinding way, to find out the pros and cons of all kinds of grinding way .A practicable and reasonable program is proposed in order to process high-quality bearing steel-ball efficiently.2. Precision grinding of steel-ball is free abrasive grit machining are ,and balling-up mechanism of ball lapping and principle of grinding is also studied.3. By the kinematics and dynamics analysis, and using MATLAB ,the new processing way that the grinding plate groove with a Bias processing and step grinding plate processing is put forward . When we apply this way , the quality of the ball and efficiency of processing .is improved.4. An automatic turning devices is designed , reducing installation error when the grinding plate is trued and dressed ,which improves the machining accuracy.
