【摘要】 随着我国城镇化的推进和建设和谐社会战略的提出,城市住房问题日益成为学界和政府部门关注的热点,城市住房空间规划及其所伴随的相关问题也成为城市规划学者关注研究的重要课题。本文以苏州为案例,对我国城市住房空间规划进行了研究。全文由三部分做成:第一部分为绪论,主要介绍了论文的研究意义、方法和内容。第二部分为国内外研究动态和典型模式借鉴。在总结国内外研究主要观点的基础上,重点分析了英国伦敦“长廊和反磁力”住房空间组织模式,法国巴黎“城乡一体化”住房空间组织模式,美国芝加哥“城市发展地段”模式,德国汉堡“居住密度空间分布体系”模式,日本东京的“中心线卧城”模式。第三部分为苏州实例研究。在对苏州住房空间布局分析的基础上,探讨了苏州“一环十字”的空间布局特点,并对各居住组团的布局进行深入剖析;提出了“圈层+板块”的空间规划方案,并论证了实施该方案的保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With processing urbanization and proposing establishing harmonious society of China,housing problems have became the hot point increasingly which has been paid attentioned by academia and governments; housing distribution planning and concomitant problems have also been the the major researching subject of urban planning scholars. This article takes Suzhou as the case to do research of urban distribution planning of China.Part One– Introduction, mainly introduce the research meaning, methods & contents of article.Part Two - introduce foreign & domestics researching movements, and use typical module for reference. On the basis of summarizing domestics & foreign main researching viewpoints, selectively analyze London’s“Long corrider—anti-magnetic force”, Paris’s“the integration of Urban & rural areas”, Chicago’s“the city development district”,Hamburgh’s“the living density of space distribution system”.Tokyo’s“the central line of sleeping city”.Part Three– take Suzhou as the case to research. Based on the analysis of Suzhou housing distribution, explore the Suzhou’s“one circle + cross”spatial distribution feature, thoroughly analyze each residence group’s distribution; and propose the“ring-layer + plate”spatial distribution plan, and demonstrate the safeguard mechanism to carry out it.更多还原
