人力资源管理信息系统的分析与设计

【摘要】 随着现代经济的发展,WTO的加入,现代企业的竞争也日趋激烈。企业要取得竞争优势,人力资源是非常重要的一个方面。人力资源管理的观念也发生了急剧的变化,尤其是信息技术的应用为人力资源管理的发展带来了巨大的机遇。如何通过信息技术变革促进人力资源管理,成为当前热门的课题。目前我国国内对这方面已经有所关注,但是与国外的研究和实践相比,仍然有很大的差距,尤其是在应用新兴技术和管理思想促进战略性人力资源管理,以及充分利用和发掘人力资源信息等方面。因此,我国的人力资源管理信息系统的研究应有其重要的应用价值。本文通过对现代国内外企业人力资源管理的基本理论和基本思想,以及人力资源管理的一些重要作用、发展趋势等的研究,分析了目前国内外人力资源管理的研究应用现状,剖析了我国人力资源管理信息系统在实际应用中存在的一些问题。重点对人力资源管理信息系统进行分析与设计。围绕系统的业务流程、功能需求、非功能需求和性能需求,对人力资源管理信息系统进行了详细的需求分析。研究了人力资源管理信息系统的开发方法,进行了人力资源管理信息系统的体系结构设计,选取B/S体系结构作为整个系统的架构。并对系统整体的结构,以及系统的权限管理做了细致的分析,在以上分析研究的基础上,设计了人力资源管理信息系统,对绩效管理、培训管理以及考勤管理三个子模块进行了开发。希望本研究能为我国现代人力资源管理信息系统的建设和人力资源管理的发展提供一些参考。

【Abstract】 With the development of the modern economy, WTO accession, the modern enterprise and competition is increasingly fierce. Enterprises to achieve competitive advantage, human resources are a very important aspect. Human resources management concept has changed dramatically, especially the information technology for the development of human resources management has brought enormous opportunities. How to use the information technology to promote human resources management has become a hot topic. At present, China’s in this area have been concerned about, but with foreign research and practice compared there is still a big gap, especially in the application of emerging technologies and management ideas to promote the strategic human resource management, and make full use of and explore human resources information. Therefore, China’s human resources management information system should have its important application value.Based on the modern domestic and foreign enterprise human resources management’s elementary theory and the basic philosophy, as well as human resources management some influential roles, this article analyzed the trend of development and the present domestic and foreign human resources management research application present situation, analyzed our country human resources management system some questions which exists in the practical application. Key carries on the analysis and the design to human resources management information system. Regarding system’s operation flow, the function demand, non-male can the demand be divided and the performance demand has carried on the detailed demand analysis to human resources management information system. Has studied human resources management information system’s method of exploitation, has carried on human resources management information system’s architecture design, and selects the B/S architecture to take overall system’s construction. And to the system whole’s structure, as well as system’s jurisdiction management has made the careful analysis, in the above analytical study’s foundation, has carried on the development to human resources management information system’s system gross structure’s design as well as the important sub module: staff achievements management module ,training management module and the checking attendance moduleI hope this study can be useful in the construction of modern human resources management information system and the development of human resources management.
