【摘要】 全球经济正在经历着巨大变革与调整,中国旅游业正面临着世界旅游热点向亚太地区转移的大好机遇,促进旅游职业教育,加快旅游产业发展进程是当前旅游产业深化的态势。面对着这一历史的机遇与挑战,各类旅游院校如雨后春笋般出现。作为现代教育的重要组成部分,职业旅游教育可说是与旅游经济建设、旅游就业联系最紧密最直接的,旅游业的高水平发展势必要求旅游职业教育要从产业需要出发,在教育观念、课程建设等方面加速与国际接轨的步伐。目前,我国旅游职业教育无论是在办学规模、教学质量,还是在市场定位和发展战略等方面,都与我国旅游产业结构的调整与社会现代化进程存在许多不相适应之处,存在着不少问题。诸如:旅游职业教育的发展重形式轻内容;教学模式固守传统,职业特色不突出;课程设置不合理,教材老化;师资力量薄弱;旅游职业教育与国际脱轨,缺少国际化视野等。本文以此为背景,以旅游教育中的职业教育为研究对象,结合旅游产业的发展状况,利用旅游学和教育学的观点,从宏观和微观方面对旅游职业教育进行了详细的论述。文章分析了我国传统旅游职业教育模式的弊端,结合中国旅游业的发展及人才需求现状,提出旅游职业教育必须具备国际化视野,在总结外国旅游职业教育发展经验的基础上,对加强课程和教学内容体系的改革、更新教学观念、加强师资队伍建设、积极走国际化道路等几方面问题进行了系统的探讨,在旅游职业教育国际化路径的选择方面,笔者提出了几点较为可行的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The global economy is going through tremendous change and adjustment, China’s tourism industry is facing a great opportunity that the world’s popular tourism destination will divert to the Asia Pacific region.To promote the tourism vocational education is necessary for the reform of the tourism industry. Faced with these opportunities and challenges, various types of tourism institutions have mushroomed. As an important component of the Modern education , tourism Vocational Education tourist is contacted with the tourism economic development and employment, the high-level development of tourism will inevitably require a high level of vocational education from the tourism industry needs, and speed up the pace to chase after the international standards in terms of the concept of education and Course construction.At present, China’s tourism vocational education, whether in school size and teaching quality, or in the market positioning and development strategies, have many incompatible related to the adjustment of China’s Tourism structure system and social modernization process . Such as, the tourism vocational education pay more attention in form than content; stick to the traditional teaching mode, occupational characteristics are not conspicuous; unreasonable curriculum, teaching materials aging; teachers weak; tourism vocational education with the international derailment, and lack of international vision and so on.The paper analyzed the status and problems of China’s tourism vocational education ,also elaborated the measures to solve these problems. This article unifies the tourism science with the pedagogy, has carried on the detailed elaboration from macro and the micro. The article analyzes the drawbacks of the pattern of the traditional tourism vocational education, combined with the development of China’s tourism industry and human resources needs of the status quo, proposed that the tourism vocational education must have international vision, at the conclusion of foreign tourism vocational education’s experience, based on the strengthening of the content of the curriculum and teaching system reform and update the teaching concepts, strengthen the building of the ranks of teachers, and the way of internationalization and the training of talented people and so on .In terms of choosing the internationalization path of tourism vocational education, the author puts forward some comparatively feasible ways.更多还原
