【摘要】 物资管理是生产型企业管理的一个重要组成部分,对企业的利润有重要的影响。采购管理和库存管理是物资管理的核心,如果企业要降低物资成本,提高物资运作效率就必须改善企业的采购管理和库存管理。本文主要对我国船舶配套企业的物资管理进行研究。通过结合大连某船舶配套企业物资管理的具体实际情况,来分析其存在问题。本文还对采购管理方法和库存管理方法进行了深入分析,并对船舶配套企业的供应商选择和管理方法提出了一些建议,对如何解决供货不及时,物资交接不清楚,入库/出库不规范以及货物存储数量过多,占用时间过长,受损情况过多等诸多等问题进行了研究。同时本文还对JIT采购策略,独立需求控制方法:A、B、C分类法,相对需求控制方法:零库存管理策略、MRP(物资需求计划)、ERP(企业制造资源计划)等先进的管理技术在船舶配套企业的运作进行了分析,这些论证与分析都对我国船舶配套企业的发展有较大的实际运用和参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Material Management is an important element in a production oriented factory, and it is also an important affective element to enterprise’s profit. Purchasing Management and Storage Management are core values to the management of materials. If the enterprise wants to reduce the material cost, and accelerate the material running efficiency, it must improve its Purchasing Management and Storage Management.This these mainly researches on the material management of China’s Marine Equipment Enterprise. While presenting the actual situation and the problems of certain Marine Equipment Enterprise in Dalian, the paper further analyzes the methodology of Purchasing Management and Storage Management. It also provides valuable suggestions on the selection and management of supplier enterprise. Meanwhile, the thesis also analyze how the effective methodologies are applied in Marine Equipment Enterprise, these controlling menthols include ABC Classification, Relative Need Control Method etc. All these analysis has large practical and useful values to China’s Marine Equipment Enterprise.更多还原
